We are very disappointed in the customer service we have received from Mr. Reynaldo Salinas - Our…read moreMother's roof was done not even a year ago with a 10 yr Craftmanship warranty - since then we have made multiple calls regarding the portion worked on continuously leaks into her bedrooms and closets. This has caused so much strain to our Mother and her home. The times they have come out to do their "patch repair jobs" we are never notified or told when they will appear - we would like to know when they come out so that we can have someone available to speak to. Mr. Salinas came out a few weeks ago to assess the damage made inside the home after a bad storm and all they did was assess and never heard from them again. I have made multiple calls and have left multiple messages to Mr. Salinas and Soraida and nothing. At this point I just want the portion they worked on redone!!! Call me - make it right and I'll remove this review. -Gina Vega

Review: My home was painted by Armored Painting. Every encounter I've had with Nelson and his crew have been positive. They are honest, hardworking people and they were cautious to make sure our dogs were safe before opening gates, etc. my wife was extremely complimentary to them due to the conscientious nature of the crew. My house looks phenomenal as well. Any questions/requests I had were immediately addressed. Oh and they came when they said they would, one day when the wind was 30mph they rapidly decided that it was a bad idea to be 30+ft up on a ladder (This was a wise decision). The next day, they were back at it again. This was my first experience where a contractor actually showed up religiously when he said he would. If I have issues, I'm confident Armored Painting will stand by their work. I don't expect issues as everything looks great. I will likely hire him again for the interior areas of my house that I want to refinish. I'm not adding pictures as it's the exterior of my house.

Patrick is as honest and trustworthy as they come, and has the skills to match. I am constantly impressed with the quality of his work, and the care and pride that he puts into each and every job. He has done at least 40 separate projects for me in the past 2 years. These jobs range from entire property painting, to simple plumbing tasks, electrical work, custom cabinet work, to partial remodels. His intelligence and creativity shine through his unique approaches to installations and repairs. He tries to always be there when the customer needs him, even when it isn't always the most convenient. He has a fine attention to detail that you will notice with his paint jobs, staining, and carpentry. He cares about doing things using the proper methods, and doesn't take shortcuts just to close jobs out quickly. He never overcharges his customers, and strives to make them happy and maintain the relationship. Too bad there aren't six stars to give, or I would.
