The only issue that I've had is they told me the service department was closed due to the Thanksgiving holiday weekend so I would need to come back to have my car detailed. It's now March 1st and I still haven't been able to get my original detail done on my car. That really wouldn't be a big deal but when I took possession of the car, we discovered two large chips in the windshield before leaving the parking lot of the dealership and the dealership said they would contact me to come back when they had the parts in to replace my windshield. It's now been 3+ months and I am still driving around with a damaged windshield without my promised new windshield.

I…read morewill say that the service advisor, Anthony, was polite and they were able to fit me in on short notice, which was awesome, but the praise ends there. I am not from the area so it was pretty frustrating that I started off my appointment by being given the incorrect address from their appointment reminder AND Apple Maps. They have apparently moved location and have not bothered to update their address on any of their marketing materials. So I had to drive completely across town and was about 10 minutes late for my appointment. Then, as I was sitting in their waiting room, a mouse made multiple dashes across the seating area. Yuck. After nearly an hour and forty five minutes of waiting, I was charged $275 for a tire rotation, oil change, and new cabin and engine air filters. If I knew I was going to be charged $70 in labor for the air filters alone, I would have politely declined. That seems absolutely ridiculous. Oh, and the cherry on top of this experience, about an hour into my trip, I ran out of windshield wiper fluid. They couldn't even manage to top off my fluids during the $5.99 "Safety Inspection" that I paid for. I'm not even sure they actually performed the inspection as I was not provided any results or information on anything. Unfortunately I had to get this service done before an unexpected road trip and this was my only option, but I absolutely will not be using this location for service again in the future. I would definitely avoid this place unless you like overpaying for half ass service. Very disappointed.

So we stayed in contact with them the next Friday to let them no the check was gonna be late and they said sure you guys are OK, my wife even went in the office to do the credit application so all we would have to do is give them the money when it arrived, well they told her their boss wasn't there but would get back to us shortly, they never called so my wife called and said just tell us if we aren't approved and we will go look somewhere else instead he told my wife no need to your approved on the to vehicles no problem, well the following day we went to look to see if they were still holding our vehicles and they had put them back on the lot for sale. So my wife text the salesman and his response via text message said his boss told him he could only hold the cars for 2 weeks ok we are fine with that, Monday we got the check and called them to tell them it arrived mind you we were putting 16000 down for 2 vehicles, so we got a cashier check for the amount and we put full coverage insurance on both cars so we could drive them off the lot, 5 minutes later we received a text saying that there is a problem getting us approved. Wait you already said we were approved last week and we already had the cashier check and insurance and they told us sorry they won't in house finance us. What a crock of shit this car deal is a crook stay away from 87 autos in big spring tx don't get your hopes up on them.

I took the car back in because my air conditioner wasn't blowing cold air, they said I just needed a coolant refill so they did that. Here I am again with no air conditioner. I would not purchase another vehicle here and I feel that ignoring the customer with an issue is unacceptable.

Discouraged we had it towed from Lubbock to Hobbs Permian ford they called first day got it in that there was no issues with the engine AT ALL. No signs of a previous compression test done and just needed a fuel pump,injectors, and clean the system and tank. Got our car in and out in a blink of an eye 2 days. We are beyond greatful of the time Michael nance put in and keeping us up to date every step of the way

My primary service advisor is Carl Beale he has been outstanding to work with. He is very polite consistent and follows up with my service request as well as when the vehicle is completed then details all the work that's been completed. I have had experiences with the other service advisors and I think they're all very highly motivated and qualified to help customers at this dealership on Toyota vehicle assistance. The dealership is very nice it's clean and centrally located. Every time I've been in they offer a complementary coffee bar with danishes and sodas and water, so it's very it's a nice place to wait for your vehicle if you need to. I finally had to go up to Matthew to get checked out while he held my paperwork chatting with Ashley after my car sat waiting for 45 minutes. This was my third time trying to get this recall completed as I was told it would take 1 hour, then it's going to take 3 hours, then it was 5 hours. I'll take my purchases and service to Lubbock.
