Anyone who is a California resident can get a free library card at the front desk. They are doing a fundraiser to upgrade the place. I hope they can reopen the typewriter closets into places folks video conferences online can use. The library has a security officer that keeps the over talkative from yapping too loud and will open the locked bathroom for your use.

I asked if he had anything available that day and he did!! So I was able to get in at 3:30pm. He was very helpful. I called again and had questions on what to bring to appointment and the lady who answered this time was very nice as well! So I went to my appointment and Lisa helped me. She was very friendly and super helpful. The whole process was very easy. I will definitely be back to this location to get my passport.

All the staff is super friendly and helpful, the library inside and out is spotless, they have restrooms, computers, games, coloring, so many genres of books. What I most enjoy is the free weekly events they host for the kids. I think it's amazing what they do for the kiddos.
