Going through the exercise program before improved my conditions but at certain point I hit a plateau and could not get any improvements anymore. Then I found about Barefoot and gave it a shot. Right after very few initial treatments by Dr. Chris I couldn't believe the amount of progress I observed. It was unbelievable. Not only that my problems were almost totally eliminated but my range of motion got substantially better. This ultimately allowed me to reach the point where I am able to perform my golf swing the way I always wanted but was never able to do. I recommend the treatment in Barefoot Rehabilitation Clinic to anyone who has any chronic pain issues and previously failed to find any useful help.

I am amazed and could not be more grateful for having gone to Barefoot rehab. I would recommend them to anyone who has experienced chronic pain and has not been able to get relief. For me I feel I have regained my life back and will be able to go forward doing what I want thanks to the relief I have gotten from Barefoot Rehab.

Yes, google let them do that, so I am resorting to Yelp to post this honest review. My personal experience with Jim was very subpar, his technique was okay - spinal adjustment was like a basic one you'd get with any Physical Therapist, nothing personalized to my pain or needs, just simple neck and back adjustment. The worst part is dude likes to blubber about politics A LOT, the bigot likes to make borderline racist remarks on other cultural groups. In fact, it took me almost 2 months of convincing actually walk into his office. I've been to two other chiropractors prior to that, and they were either too cautious or not strong enough to manipulate what they needed to because my work required a lot of heavy lifting and my muscles were tight . I have to say after the first visit, I noticed a dramatic difference. And it only got better after that. There must be 15 or 20 chiropractors between my home and commons chiropractor center.
