Going through the exercise program before improved my conditions but at certain point I hit a plateau and could not get any improvements anymore. Then I found about Barefoot and gave it a shot. Right after very few initial treatments by Dr. Chris I couldn't believe the amount of progress I observed. It was unbelievable. Not only that my problems were almost totally eliminated but my range of motion got substantially better. This ultimately allowed me to reach the point where I am able to perform my golf swing the way I always wanted but was never able to do. The pain in my back was on and off for multiple years and before I went it was actually causing me to curve forward to relieve the pain. However, having had five treatments at Barefoot, my pain level has subsided by about 60% and considering my progress, over the course of several more treatments, I feel my pain will be alleviated completely. I am amazed and could not be more grateful for having gone to Barefoot rehab. I would recommend them to anyone who has experienced chronic pain and has not been able to get relief. For me I feel I have regained my life back and will be able to go forward doing what I want thanks to the relief I have gotten from Barefoot Rehab.
