She told them she gets naked in bed with him and sucks on his....she then realized what she did wrong and told all the kids to keep it a secret from their parents. I've been told this counselor has been removed, but 1) why is a 14 year old in charge of 8-13 year olds 2) why isn't there a more robust training 3) what is the vetting process before hiring someone? 4) why are 8 year olds in the same group as 13 year olds? Don't ever send your kids here. My daughter's innocence was stripped away in a day.

There were multiple days that he came home and said Matt and Peyton are his best friends and multiple days where Matt and Peyton came up to my husband and I during pick up and drop off to greet us and give us a detailed report of how he was doing in camp. This meant the world to us. Thank you so much for a memorable summer and hope to see Matt, Peyton and team again next year!

The teachers are so caring and thoughtful. The environment at the program has nurtured our daughter from a very shy beginning to the BIG personality she is today. As much as it pains me to see them both grow up, the amount they learn at Sharmila's continues to astound me. Not solely reading and math skills, but social maturity and a general sense of imagination/adventure. The picture days and art projects will also melt your heart. We are so happy with our experience.

She transitioned smoothly from being at home to a structured environment, thanks to a team of kind, loving teachers who clearly enjoy what they do. The director thoughtfully curates a staff that leads with joy, gentle guidance, and genuine care. We were amazed by our daughter's growth--she developed strong fine motor, early math, and reading skills, and truly thrived in the Montessori approach, even starting at just 2 years old. The school offers regular chances for parents to see the children in action, which made us feel more connected to her learning journey. The events showcasing their songs and artwork were always a highlight. The facilities are clean, warm, and well-maintained, creating a welcoming space for the kids. Our only wish is for a stronger emphasis on building community among families--but this is a small note in an otherwise enriching and joyful experience.

Decided to finally leave this review as I am now looking for camps to send the little guy this…read morecoming summer. He loves Battle bots so I thought it would be great to send him to ID tech after receiving a flyer after attending a Battlebots show in Las Vegas. After spending $1600, we were disappointed. He had a great time, but he didn't learn anything, or do half of what was advertised. They didn't get to play outside like was advertised, not much of a campus tour, didn't learn coding, and spent a large amount of time on Roblox. In fact, his closest friend from camp came from the Roblox class. We were supposed to get to witness the final competition, which we later found out took place before parents were allowed in, and there was no certificate ceremony as advertised. By the time parents were allowed in, the kids were just playing with the robot and passing the controller around. He didn't really seem to know any of the kids in his class, and the other kids seemed to just be parallel playing as opposed to collaborating as a class or teammates. We had invited his relatives for the last day, as it was supposed to be presented as this big event to witness what our kids had learned, but in the end I was grateful they weren't able to make it. I feel like I would have been embarrassed of what they would have seen. Also for the price, he didn't get to keep the robot. And the flashdrive he received? It was completely blank. His favorite part of the experience you ask? The cafeteria.

We had a decent experience a few years ago, but this year was a crazy waste of money. The…read moreBattlebots camp was mostly just break time sitting in front of the computer playing Roblox or other games. There was supposed to be a coding element, but the counselors said they would do all of the coding, and the kids learned nothing. Then the counselors dropped the ball and failed to do the coding that was needed. The assembly work done for the bots was much easier than a basic LEGO set, so I'm not sure what engineering-interested kid could possibly learn anything from this camp. CoderSchool in Berkeley is half the price and actually teaches coding.

UPDATED REVIEW: After a month of coming here, I can say that…read morethe weight room is dangerous. Let me elaborate: the weights are not racked in order; there's heavier weights on the top shelf and all the dumbbells are scattered miscellaneously. I've p racked BOTH weight racks three times now and truly it's disappointing to have the community not re rack it correctly. The first time I re racked it was because I noticed a child, elementary school I'm assuming, was trying to grab the 40lb on the TOP rack. ... yes ofc I brought this up to the front desk and even prefaced it with this case. No, I didn't want to be THAT person who pointed it out but it really is dangerous. They responded saying they'll keep an eye for it but can't help it bc members are the ones who mess it up. &that they'll ask the director to put up a sign...we'll see if that happens or not.. To the teenagers who were throwing and kicking the weights, please don't. It was such a scary Thursday since I was pretty close to them. Even though there are signs with phone courtesy etiquette, it's still ignored by grown men who blast their music. Overall, avoid the weight room. If it wasn't for the monthly price and proximity I would not come.
