Honestly, not a bad place. The guys there seem genuine and nice. A good place to take your son. I did get a haircut I was unsatisfied with but maybe I didn't explain it right to the barber(Javi). I asked for a fade from a 1 and to cut 1/2 an inch from the top because I wasn't too sure. I ended up with the sides of my head basically shaved a 2 and basically the whole back of my head and a bit from the top. I'm being honest I don't look any further than a rain drop or a pineapple. He cut way too high, and it just seemed like he was trying to play off what he knew what he was doing. It shouldn't stop you from trying out the other barbers there. read more

I haven't done a review in a while, but i felt compelled to here! I came into Rick on a whim because I was sick of paying 30-40+$ for a simple cut. I'm a simple dude who likes a decent cut. Rick delivered, and at only 20$, the price was more than right. I know it is usually a bad sign when you're in and out, but the haircut was maybe 20 minutes and I appreciated it. No frills, cut, chat it up a bit, and go. The conversation was good and full of wisdom. I can tell that Rick is good people by his barber philosophy of there are too many places out here that are charging too much for really no difference in haircuts. you come for just a haircut and you then suddenly you leave with/have a new barbershop and barber to go to. Joel was a wizard when it came down to cutting my hair and beard to the point where my girlfriend and mom says i can't change barbers now. they are new from what i noticed so the shops still a working progress when i walked in but i needed an emergency haircut and they had availability, but the conversations and vibes make up for it when you talk to Joel and Rick.
