Central Market pizza (all veg) in its take-out compostable container
Dawn V.

I'm so happy this opened inside Greenfield Village (you need museum entry to eat here) There are several stations to order from: sandwiches/salads, Char (burgers/chicken), Chef's station (a seasonal, rotating menu of visiting chefs) and then another rotating offer My very favorite was a salmon meal offered in the fall- my standby is the Michigan salad (candied pecans, dried cranberry, feta and an amazing dressing) but today I tried the Central Market pizza (all roasted veg) The pizza is a great deal- it easily serves 4 It's heavy handed on the cheese so if you're not, ask for light cheese I love that this place is composting, using compostable take out containers and also offering free still & sparkling water (so don't buy the expensive aluminum bottled water) The cookies are great but $4 so you have to really want it

Blanco pizza & all American burger
Kelsey I.

My kids, husband, and I visited and we were very impressed. Everything is very environmentally friendly and there were plenty of healthy choices on the menu. They only serve whole pizzas and my Blanco pizza was absolutely amazing with dressed lemony arugula on top. My husband really enjoyed his sandwich and the kids enjoyed their cheese pizza. It was pretty spendy but I really enjoyed the local options. I'm really glad they added this restaurant as an option to the Henry Ford. I think it was missing something like this. The building is laid out is a little bit unique in terms of what they have at the Henry Ford. There are various counters that you order from upon ordering you receive a number you put at your table. There was lots of space and it was air-conditioned on a very warm day. The food came out in good time and there were plenty of employees to clear and clean tables. I really enjoyed talking to the kids about how everything they used and were served was compostable. Farm to table type places are one of my absolute favorites. There is something special about supporting local businesses while running yours. Obviously there are pricing hurdles with the local businesses. Food is usually more expensive when you don't use junk. I'm really looking forward to trying other things at the restaurant. We really loved Stand 44!

Definitely did this little joint!…read more This place had a great variety of things to choose from. You can use cash at the food trucks/stores itself. If you don't have cash, you can just sit at the table and order with the QR code and they bring it to you. We tried so cheesy and the shawarma truck. Everything was good. I think we like the shawarma the best. We also tried Nami for their Japanese crispy sandos. The sandos did not use the traditional bread that is supposed to be used so the taste was not what I'm used to. The filling was also different. It was more of a cream cheese instead of a cream taste. Also, different than what I'm used to. Still a really good dessert. I will definitely come back and try much other things.

That's the only potential "drawback" really, like if there's too many people you simply might struggle to find a seat. It can and does get completely full. At least you can still take your food to go! I love the set up of having food and drinks inside AND food trucks outside. What a treat. There's coffee, boba, ice cream, sushi, tacos, burgers, chicken and waffles?! And there's some little shops, at least one, which had jewelry when I went. Overall, if you are meeting with someone to chat, come here. If you're hungry, I assure you'll find something. It's good for a casual date or catch up with friends and family. High energy but not chaotic.

Being allergic to dairy, it's really rare to find a place that I can enjoy any sort of sweet snack from. Auntie Anne's makes it possible if I simply order a pretzel without the butter. Cuts the fat amount by a lot too! So typically I'll order Cinnamon Pretzel Bites- without butter. Takes like 6-8 minutes, but for some reason this specific location ALWAYS finds a way to deny me my pretzels. Couples times of "sorry we have a lot made already", "sorry we can't do that", and also, "sorry nothing would stick without butter." Having ordered that numerous times at other locations, I know it's definitely doable and delicious. With their Sweet Pretzel dip it's to die for! Especially because it's dairy free too! There was this one time that they agreed to make me a sweet almond one without butter... and it was horrible. It was absolutely horrible. They must have forgotten it in the oven or something. It was basically burnt. Even that pretzel dip couldn't save it. I also had requested them to be bites, but they gave me a whole pretzel, no biggie if it wasn't burnt! The lemonade felt extremely watered down too. I will avoid this location at all costs. Southland Auntie Anne's is my go to.
