Firstly, Lisa came to measure my living room, dining room and kitchen. I can't thank her enough for her advice along the entire project. She was professional and made me feel comfortable with her recommendations regarding the new laminate and linoleum floors I wanted. I didn't feel like she was simply trying to "sell" a product or project. The installers, gentlemen all, were professional, respectful to my needs, friendly and punctual with the scheduled appointment time. Efron and Alex did an excellent job laying down my new kitchen linoleum and left the job site spotless. Chago and Bruno also did a great job laying down the laminate flooring in my living and dining rooms. They cleaned up afterwards, left my home spotless and gladly helped me reposition a couple pieces of heavy furniture! Needless to say, I can't be happier with my experience and interaction with Taub Flooring, their employees and products! Again, I want to thank Taub Floors and particularly Lisa!!

It was our first time to list a property in NYC, so her knowledge and no nonsense style were a big help. Sing kept us on schedule and did much more than brokers that I've worked with in Boston. She made sure the place was clean, she staged and had the unit professionally photographed. She was very careful to observe and make sure visitors observed precautions for Covid and was good at dealing with our neighbors in the condo both before and after the Open House weekends. She arranged for many people to view the unit but in separate batches, I think we had more than 60 people. She helped navigate the tricky decisions re qualifying tenants and their pets, etc. I didn't think we would be able to do it but she found us a Dec 1 tenant. A dream tenant, responsible, good natured, easy to deal with and always pays on time. I am glad to have found Sing and hope to work with her in the future both to help rent our unit and to help us find another NYC property.

Jennifer is a great interior designer! She really listens, works quickly,…read moreand has undeniable talent. When we bought our new apartment, I needed some help with choosing the right paint colors and finishes since I was overwhelmed by the options and wanted to make sure our new place had character and warmth. Jennifer took a look at my new place and helped me plan where all my existing furniture would fit and then we discussed goals for what new pieces would be needed. Then she got paint samples which she tested in different parts of the apartment with different lighting. In addition to those choices, she gave me a good sense of what to look for in case I went to the paint store myself for additional colors. She also recommended a painter to do the actual painting. Everything turned out wonderfully and she pulled together some unique colors & looks that hadn't even occurred to me. After the painting job was completed, I hired her for advice and some general help in choosing the right kind of carpet, furniture, window treatments, etc. Again, she presented great picks for my budget. I also liked that she - being a mom herself - knew a lot about products that are safe and suitable for a family with children, while not compromising on the look. Jennifer was great with my crazy schedule (a toddler, job, moving, etc). She is very diligent, follows up and you will never wonder when something will be delivered or completed. Her pricing is very reasonable. I have recommended her to several friends and everyone has been thrilled.

Jennifer helped us on many levels from making sure the design of our renovated home was not only beautiful but also functional and would last through time. She had a difficult task to come up with designs that were appealing to both of us which I thought was nearly impossible. The risks she had us take paid off. We are incredibly happy with the way our home turned out and would hire her again in a heart beat.

She recommended this gorgeous green silk grass cloth for the walls. When I asked her how to clean it her response was "Don't get it dirty". NO NO NO!!! My mother suggested Evolving Image. They had done decorative painting for her and it looks just like wallpaper, but you can clean it (yes, she had the same decorator). They came in, Made several samples giving me lots of options, The prices were less than wallpaper and it can be cleaned! And boy, does it look gorgeous. So now the old furniture is going to the Cure Thrift Shop on Thursday, the carpets and windows are being cleaned on Friday, and the new furniture comes on Saturday.
