I called and a friendly and helpful man booked me in for that night. Because my RV is very small he put me into a back in space, which was not the best option since all of the utilities were at the back of the space, but I was able to use the electricity and water and to pull into the shared dump the following morning before heading to the Monument. I walked into the town after I pulled into the RV park, but I was there on a Thursday, which is apparently the day the entire town closes down, so I had to cook my own dinner in my RV.

Three negatives: the WIFI is abominable. It is usable about half the time, is it that difficult to make it viable all the time? This is a common problem in RV parks and motels we have found. The second negative is another common one: there is one commode in the men's room for the entire park. You may find yourself waiting in line which never is pleasant. The third is the noise from frequent sirens you have to endure. Otherwise, it is a charmer and we highly recommend it! The employees we found to be extremely nice, as we found most everyone in Silver City to be.

We have been using them for 3 years. Always clean, always well kept. The old bromide, "nobody cares…read morelike an owner" certainly applies here. Bypass is a family business and they care about their business and their customers. My advice is pay no attention to the two negative reviews wherein people complain because bad things happen when you dont pay your bills. We always recommend by-pass when asked for a referral. Its the best game in town.

Over the phone (since I don't live in Silver City) I explained to the owner I wanted to have the unit put on auto pay every month, she said no problem. I give all my card info. Fast forward to two months after having unit. Get a letter saying I haven't been paying, and there's late fees. WTH?? I call, same lady I initially spoke with says she doesn't do auto pay without written authorization.....hmmm I wasn't ever told that. So she tells me with attitude she won't charge me the late fee since I think she wrong?!? Again, WTH?? You ARE wrong lol, you never sent a bill until it was two months behind! When you first off said you could auto charge it. Needless to say next summer we won't be using this place. Good luck!

The day of the move, they were a no call, no show. I tried calling & texting but was never able to get a hold of them. I am a single parent with 2 young kids. I scrambled & was able to find two friends to help. I would not recommend this company, they can't be trusted to show up.
