Yikes I have a young son who has yet to get his 1st haircut. My husband graciously agreed to be the Guinea pig. This place is close to home and has 4 stars.. lemme tell you it's not 4 stars for the old guy. If you ever walk into a salon or a barber and you ask how long is the wait (because you see SEVERAL people waiting) and someone says I'll take you now ( red flag ) My husbands hair ... I mean he has none now. His long beard... GONE. I haven't seen his chin or lips in yearssssss. I can now see them. There were patches of bald, patches of long hairs, he had neck hair Lastly, the amount of hair he was collecting on his work station, his chair, and on the corner of the floor... it looks like it's a hobby to collect random human hair with the pile he had. The clippers were full of someone's else's hair ( my husband doesn't have dark hair.. well when he had hair). So heed my warning. DO. NOT. GO. TO. THE. OLD. MAN. Called and asked for an appt. they were friendly and said they don't do appts. Showed up and two people were waiting. We were welcomed warmly and one of the barbers showed my 3 year old a huge toy box! He was thrilled. Observing the barbers while I waited it was so nice to see the sense of community and welcoming that they had with their customers. There was country music playing and the whole inside is covered with pelts and hunting themed stuff, some taxidermy preservations of animals. Everything was very clean. Tony Took good care of us and we had really nice conversation while my son got his haircut. The cut was fast, everything was very smoothly transitioned into a standard Gentlemans cut. Very pleased with this haircut and wish we lived closer so we could go more often. read more

This place is just awful. I walk in and immediately notice how packed and cramped it is in there. The place was absolutely packed with people waiting and this room is probably 8' x 16' in size, and I am being generous. Did not get greeted or even acknowledged by the staff for the 2 minutes I ended up being there. The smell of this place is pretty rancid, you can pretty much infer that they don't really clean the place at all. The absolute worst part is that not one person was wearing a mask, not even the barbers. Everybody was pretty much touching shoulders and it is absolutely unacceptable that this establishment didn't seem to care at all. I ended up walking out and can definitely tell you I will never be going back. read more

Why is it so hard to find a good barber? This guy just does what he wants no matter what you ask for. He probably has like 2-3 styles that he can do, so if you like one of these this will probably work for you. It doesn't work for me. He's also pretty expensive for a barber. Came here on my lunch break because I really needed a haircut, and it was close to work. They also somehow have really good reviews online.. I saw some reviews mentioning that they proudly display their political views, but I thought that shouldn't matter if they give a good haircut. The older man was open so I sat down. As I sit down I see that there is a variety of different color hairs in the crack of his chair.. wish I would have taken that as a red flag and left. Basically he did a hack job. Way shorter than I asked for, and so many straggle long hairs. It was actually the worst hair cut I've had. I had to have my partner bring a hat to me at work, because I was so embarrassed. Someone needs to have the heart to tell this guy to retire. Also having to hear homophobic slurs was just a bonus. read more

Got my haircut from Bob. Very nice guy with a lot of stories. I thought I would get a great cut since he's been doing it for ages but it honestly was the worst cut of my life. My wife literally laughed when I showed her. Uneven and choppy. Big red flag when your barber rushes you and doesn't ask your opinion when he's done. Usually you get a mirror to check it out before hoping out of the chair. I had a feeling he didn't want me to see what a crappy job he did so he gave me the boot lol. My husband was just in there for a beard trim and a head shave this morning and the guy that helped him took almost his whole beard off that he had been growing since last November and gave him some weird high and tight. My husband clearly explained exactly what he wanted before he got started. And worst part is we leave for vacation tomorrow and this was supposed to be a relaxing experience for him. He felt like he couldn't even make a complaint and was rushed out the door. Biggest waste of $30 and he will never go back.
