They kept giving me leads that were hundreds of miles from me. Then, along came my guardian angel, Michael ("Mikey") Motloch. Mikey is one of the best communicators I've ever had the pleasure of working with. He found me a great company to work for, and has been there to answer all my questions. He obviously represented me well, as my interview was smooth and very positive...and I got the job! Mikey truly cares, and is an excellent communicator. A-Line is very lucky to have him on their team and I am very lucky to have him as my recruiter.

I worked at the job for about a week when I was contacted by A-Line Staffing. I was pleasantly surprised at how easy Laura made the process. I am giving 4 stars only because I took a slight pay cut to take this position. I would add another half a star if I could. If I could put a review in for Laura I would wish for more than 5 stars because of the stellar help I received. Thanks Laura! You really did call at the most opportune time, and I am grateful.

CPI is one tight well organized team that inspires confidence for those who are actively in the job…read moremarket. From the first phone call establishing a recruiter and candidate relationship, till the day I was hired on directly with my current career with BAE CPI was always there. Tactful energetic and organized. I worked directly with Greg Allen who from day one was on the ball searching for a position that would fit me best with my skill set. Not just to fill a position and get me hired, which seems to be a common scenario with other agencies. Greg and I worked together for a while to find me the right position and with hard work and perseverance we accomplished that goal. I also had the pleasure of working with the rest of the CPI team Kristie, Bryce and Michael B. They all have specific roles that help accomplish the mission and are not afraid to answer any questions or answer the phone when you need them. Trust me when I say any time. CPI isn't about short term goals, they're all about big picture and longevity. My coworkers that I currently work with are driven and have a positive effect on the job that we were hired on for. We have had no issues with logistics, employee pay or employment paperwork. Now there are two agencies that hired on personnel for our current project. Only the CPI employees were offered direct hire positions from BAE. CPI has found the hard working winners that BAE is looking for. There's a reason the only contractors that were direct hired on came from CPI. They do their homework and if you're that driven individual who's ready to work and invest yourself then CPI is the right company for you. CPI summarized in one word, "Efficacious".

My views of him are different now because as he knew my situation he put me on the do not call list and when I would call and ask for him he would take the call and feed me bullshit about how there are no positions instead of telling me the truth. new management is fucked up. I would NOT work for this company in Cincinnati. The level of favoritism and unprofessionalism is…read moreunreal. I was first brought on to work for this company and I was extremely excited. The Job its self is fun. Dealing with this company, management in Cincinnati and getting paid not so much. On multiple occasions - Which I have screenshots and proof. I would reach out to the state manager and she would be unresponsive. I would go days, sometimes longer than a week without hearing a response. The company shows favoritism and hand selects people for certain jobs allowing them the option to pick before they put the list of opportunities out to everyone else. Allowing a certain person to work the majority of the "good" events... luckily I was friends with one of the "favorites" so l was able to work as well but I heard from other "contractors" how unfair it was. I was always happy to work last minute or pick up an event when an emergency came up for someone else - Life Happens. I was put on a four hour golf event last minute as they needed someone and it took almost two months to get paid. Once I started complaining after a month about this it was a downwards slope. I was "let go" 2 weeks later without any notice because I had a vital emergency come up - (which I NEVER called off and got covered) I can't tell you how many shifts or people in the company I've had to do this for. I was good at my job, picked up lots of events, brought people on and did a good job with pictures and recaps. A lot of reps gave me their personal cell phone numbers and would tell me how great of a job I was doing. The company as a whole might not be terrible but I can tell you Cincinnati is not managed well at all. When I called corporate and expressed that I was upset and I felt like it was unfair. She said because she is in Michigan she doesn't know whats happening in Cincinnati and there was nothing I could do about it being upset or filing a complaint because I am an independent contractor. At the end of the day this company can say it was my "lack of professionalism and customer feedback" but If that was the case I'm not sure why I was put on so many events and requested by certain reps.
