"I was completely impressed with my experience with d. Diversified Services. Both their Recruiter and Account Manager were extremely informative about their client and whether I was a potential fit. I also received a lot of feedback as far as strengths and weaknesses in my resume, so I felt more prepared on how to present myself the best. They had a lot of good information to share as far as market value, vacation, and salary expectations so I could manage my expectations when looking for a position. I would totally recommend this Technical team of recruiters to any engineer out there wanting to be placed in the Metro Detroit area or Silicon Valley. They were great and I would work with them again, anyday." read more

d. Diversified Services was awesome to work with for clenching my first real job out of college. It's funny, but they don't really teach you about resumes and interviews in college, even at a Big 10 University. My recruiter was able to identify weaknesses in my resume and recalibrate it in a way that made more sense to me and to employers. I also received a lot of great interview tips from my recruiter that I felt may have given me a competitive advantage over other candidates. I would tell my friends that I graduated with, particularly the engineers, to check out d.DS if they are looking for placement in the Detroit area. They were great. read more

I was very impressed with the methods that Tammy Turner, Technical Recruiter from d. Diversified Services used for my current position. The client (my current employer) was somewhat vague on job responsibilities as well as areas of experience. Tammy was able to piece together those inputs and submit my resume with confidence. I have been at this company for over a year. Before d Diversified services was contacted to fill this role, many of the other recruiters submitted candidates for my job didn't possess a quarter of the skill needed. read more
