Mary 'sold' me very hard on a new ADA contribution/deduction scheme that even at that time I thought was sketchy. I want to make the next part crystal clear... I questioned her at length and asked her to verify the eligibility and legality of this ADA accounting move and she not only assured me that is was completely proper but pretty much insisted that I would be crazy not to proceed. Sadly, I followed her recommendation. Several years later, not only did this single item get me audited, but the entire amount ADA deduction was disallowed (for two years running) but I had to pay penalty and back taxes. My loss including the ADA contribution was nearly 20k. If I could go back in time, not only would I file a complaint with DORA, I would also go after her malpractice insurance. Needless to say, I cannot express my complete feelings towards Mary and the situation that she drove me into. Awful.

They have a secure server where you upload your documents, which is nice. You don't have to go into the office if you don't want, which is also nice. That's really where it ends. We were told that if we got our documents in by a certain date that they would be filed by the deadline. I literally submitted them the day that they said. They emailed about a week later saying they need my Social and my husbands in order to submit an extension. I totally understood because I did get it in at the deadline. So, fast forward to the day before tax deadline and they request a pin from me. I had no idea I needed a pin to submit my taxes electronically. So I tried getting it through the IRS, they said they can't give them out, long story, so I needed to file via paper. Okay, well that sucks, but it is what it is. I would have waited for the pin to come by mail and file electronically, but when I asked about the extension filed, the office said they couldn't file the extension because they needed a pin, even though I had an email from them from the week before stating they had filed the extension already. When I brought up my concerns, I heard NOTHING, literally no response from them. In addition to this, I was copied on an email in which someones social was included in the email. I replied that it was sent to the wrong email and immediately deleted all record of the email, because I know I would be angry if I knew my social was being sent through email. Ultimately, I will not be using this company again. I would also ensure that everything is filed and completed prior to payment, I didn't, and I regret it. Poor customer service in the end.
