Also, if you are disabled, there is one bathroom in the pool area that is designed properly but it is frequently used by non disabled people who leave it gross and dirty. The ladies bathroom has a shower with handles but the bench is too big for the shower and is used by patrons to rest their belongings while in the sauna. Also, non disabled patrons use it when regular showers are open (probably because they like to put their gym bag on the bench chair) leaving people with movement issues to either have to wait or risk a fall by using the regular showers.

It's now 6:36am with no employee or Manager in sight to open up the gym. Folks are beginning to leave which is unfortunate. I hope this is not a pattern going forward. I will be leaving after I finish this review. This gym has consistently fallen off track over the years and with the new competition in the area. I don't feel sorry if tons of members decide to go elsewhere. I've been a member for 16 years and the decline is obvious. They might not see it but long time members do. It took ONELIFE years to change their operating hours somewhat back to their pre COVID hours. While other gyms have 24 hour access. The size of a gym doesn't matter when the quality of service has gone down.

This review is long overdue, because I've been working out with Bobby since late July, and by…read moremid-September, I've gained 2.2 pounds of muscle, decreased my body fat by 1.3%, and increased my basal metabolic rate. These may not sound a lot, but I was already lean (female, 20.9% body fat) and I'm very petite, so even 0.5 pound of muscle gain isn't easy for me, let alone in such a short time. In fact, Bobby may be the first trainer who doesn't want me to get leaner but to gain some weight to be healthier... and because of that, I trust that he has my best interest in heart. These stats show the results - which is why we seek dedicated personal trainers in the first place, but what also matters to me is that Bobby truly cares about my health, my athletic performance, more than looking good. I also really enjoy working out with Bobby in Cygma because I feel like an elite athlete here. First of all, Bobby has tons of fun and effective workouts. He uses a combination of weights, circuits, cardio, and equipment. Training with Bobby is never boring or static. Second, Cygma also has great equipment and a very athletic vibe. It's definitely not a regular gym. I've had trainer in the past and I still see dozens of trainers in my apartment's gym. Bobby is at an entirely different level with his strategies, movement, and tools. I joke that the other trainers and gyms are very "vanilla" whereas Bobby/Cygma is like "triple-espresso double-chocolate with whatever toppings that suit your body." Though Bobby challenges me quite a bit, he also takes into consideration my injuries, body conditions, past hormonal issues, and adjusts the training, which I always appreciate. I'm also amazed at the depth and breadth of nutrition knowledge that Bobby possesses. Being an avid reader of all sorts of nutrition tips and news, I thought I'd known enough and didn't initially sign up for Bobby's nutrition training; however, during one month in which I injured my shoulder and had some hormonal issues coming back, Bobby sat me down and calculated the macros that I should be eating - he also imparted important stress management skills, which turned out to be key to improving my overall health and fitness. Best of all, Bobby gave me all the knowledge without extra charge and he asked me not to obsess. Now, I really enjoy chatting with Bobby about nutrition, destressing, sleep, fitness, etc., while training. One of Bobby's biggest strengths (there are many) is that he's very articulate, and since he knows a lot and is very logical, he's good at looking at things from multiple perspectives and breaking down data and information in easy-to-digest bits and pieces, which I always appreciate. Bobby's passion for nutrition, fitness, and service is also very contagious. Finally, I really appreciate that Bobby respects where I am - I only train with Bobby once per week due to my current budget and super busy work and lifestyle, but Bobby said he'd make sure that I get the value out of this one hour each week, which is true. Though eventually I hope to train a bit more with Bobby, currently, I feel more motivated and effective even in my own sessions without Bobby. He taught me so much since the beginning. I cannot recommend Bobby enough. If you are serious about your health and your physique, and you want to have fun while seeing results, and you want to feel like an elite athlete with reasonable payment, definitely try Bobby and Cygma!

We had tried many fitness programs and all were short lived. Bobby and Ben met him where he was and pushed him beyond his initial comfort zone. He developed grit and resilience. This place has laid a foundation of fitness that will carry him through life.

I've crossfitted and I've Olympic weighlifted, then fell off due to health issues. When I was semi…read moreready to get back in the gym, I was recommended Treaufitness. Turns out Frank is an International Federation of Bodybuilding and Fitness (IFBB) pro who trains competitive bodybuilders, but he's also a (regular) fitness trainer (what I need!) and nutritional coach (which I needed because said health changes required dietary changes... #thanksthiroid). I'm not trying to get onstage! But I am trying to be the best & strongest version of myself at this new stage in my life, and Frank has been tremendous in helping me set realistic goals, while putting the fire to my feet to help me achieve them. Sometimes I think he cares more about my goals than me, and it's that passion to help change not just folsk bodies, but they're lifestyle in such a positive and healthy waythat attracted me to this program. I'm not new to this, but the difference between my previous training and Treaufitness is he trains online, in person one-on-one, and/or in small groups, and is affiliated with several gyms, so the accessibility is phenomenal. Frank goes over your health concerns and issues alongside your dietary needs in detail so that he can build a successful nutrition and macro plan specific to you and your goals. Whether in person, or online, you have to check in once a week so that your progress can be appropriately assessed, and so that you can be held accountable (yeah, I needed this part! and I know a lot of people out there are the same). ... And for those of you familiar with (and liked) there crossfit & oly community, Treaufitness gives you that same 'a-famiky-that-grinds-together' vibe. Prices are fair but premium, and his results are undeniable as long as you are committed to the program and committed to yourself (and consistent!). I would most definitely recommend Treaufitness for both casual (pretend) athletes like myself, people rehabbing or just getting into fitness and still need professional instructions to movements, or folks that are looking to get on stage for physique competition.

I began training with Frank in September of this year after a friend of mine referred me. I had…read morelost a lot of weight in 2017, gained it all back and was discourage and unmotivated. I knew I had to make a lifestyle change and that started with finding a personal trainer. I was seeking a trainer who was experienced, could help me lose weight ( and keep the weight off), hold me accountable and provide me with the knowledge ( use of machines/weights, nutritional etc). Coach Frank has provided all of that and more! He is always available to answer questions, consistently provides direction and encouragement. He trains other individuals who compete ( and won top titles) or wish to compete. And for me, working out with them only encourages me to push even harder. Between having Frank and the team as support, I definitely feel unstoppable. If you are looking to get back on track, lose weight, tone it up and/or compete, Coach Frank is the truth and you will not be disappointed. Glad to be on the team and look forward to seeing my changes over the next upcoming months!
