I dealt with the temp department at first, and all of the staff were available during office hours. If they were in a meeting, my phone calls were returned immediately. They answered all of my questions, and got me over to the permanent department upon realizing what I was looking for. I was in direct contact with Lesley Donnell, VP after that. She was approachable, friendly, understanding, listened to everything I told her, but also used her expertise and connections to established companies to find me a career.
