Staff is lovely, office is small but cozy and puts you at ease. Very clean and smells lovely,…read morecalming atmosphere. You're always greeted warmly and in a timely manner regardless of how busy. Process from start to finish from making an appointment for an interview to going to offices for interviews is extremely streamlined and smooth. One thing to note is, their services are actually "temp-to-hire". After you meet your hour requirements you have the potential to become a permanent employee at the office that hired you on. Their service is a free service to you and only work with medical specialty offices that work on a Mon-Fri schedule, no holidays. They work around your wage requirements and positions interested in so they find you a good fit where you will be happy and valued. It makes job hunting so much easier and the communication is 10x better than applying to Indeed on your own or waiting for other large hospitals to get back to you months after applying. I have worked with this office twice, once in 2020 and again in 2022. They were so nice and polite during the application and interview process and they get to know you on a personal level- not just formalities and what is on paper; a family-like atmosphere. The communication and transparency is wonderful - you always are in the loop and adapt to your needs; you feel valued and not just like another potential employee number or body on their payroll list. Would definitely recommend to anyone interested in the medical field- they are truly wonderful and are unlike any other agency I have worked with prior.

Not only are they bad at their job, they have no respect for you or your time. I'd like to know how…read morepeople get jobs when all they do is lean and scowl at the people in the lobby (you know, those of us who are looking for jobs) then wander over and chuckle it up with others who are doing nothing. A lobby full of people, and no one helping us. The person "working" the desk, is rude and either really new or really bad at her job. She couldn't figure out how to message staff (she said this out loud). So, she walked all the way to the person's desk to tell them I was waiting. This happened several more times with other people while I was there. Then, she had to go ask (twice) to ask for help on the computer. Wow. Well, I arrived early because being respectful of people's time is how I work. After the person I was scheduled to see left me sitting there for over half an hour. I asked what was going on. The person I was supposed to see apparently forgot I was there, Not the first time she was showing her incompetence or complete lack of respect. She once asked me what I wanted to be when I grew up. Excuse me? I'm a grown woman who has worked hard her whole life, got laid off through no fault of her own, and you want to make light of my situation? You need to grow up Little Miss 22 year old twit and realize people come to you for help-not mockery. And, the receptionist had forgotten to enter my information or save it or some other excuse. So, she demanded my social security number in front of everyone like I was the problem. And, their policy is that you enter that piece of information on the keypad to maintain privacy. I'm not saying it out loud or writing it down. That's not how it's done there-I guess she didn't know that (DUH!) These people have no clue what they're doing. And, what's with the guy who leans on the metal support pole and stares? It's creepy. And, for those of us waiting for help, it's a sign that people here have too much time on their hands and need to get to work. Fire them and let them sit out front waiting for help to find a job. Let's see how they feel when someone stands and glares at them or forgets they're waiting...

I don't have anything positive to say about this, or any, Oregon Employment Office. The best way to…read moredescribe the employees here is with the simple phrase "State Workers". Now you understand what I mean. Don't get me wrong. My parents are state workers and have been since the late 70's. In fact, my father just retired and since I was raised around them I know exactly how it is in these places. Lackadaisical attitude and complete disregard for the needs of employers. When I post an ad for a job and ask that the applicants be screened prior to referral to ensure that my inbox isn't cluttered with hundreds of candidates not qualified for the position, I mean it. Don't tell me that some of the screeners are easily tricked. That's a terrible excuse and not helpful in the least while I'm sifting through useless resumes. And when I'm actively recruiting and ask to hold open interviews at your office, it would be nice if someone gathered up the unemployed and let them know I was on my way. No referrals and an unemployment rate of WHAT in this valley? Someone isn't putting my tax dollars to use. The purpose of the ED is to connect potential employees with employers--or at least that's what their website says. It seems to me that their isn't much in the way of connecting here. The only upside to this particular ED is that there's always plenty of parking. I wonder why...

I'm glad I got the job I wanted when she said they wouldn't hire me. Now I been there 4 years and I love it. I feel like she just didn't want to help me out as a Mexican American, because now I see how many people she sends to my work place, every week. We get atleast 3 temps per week from Express, yet for 3 years she couldn't get me the job. Absolutely did not see the value of a good individual willing to work for a company. Thank You JEN! AVOID this place like the plague…read more I got contacted by nikki jones for a job position over 40 days ago. I came in person 100 mile trip, signed up, did drug test, received i9 and w-2 forms and timecards. I spent hours doing onboarding and signing off on employee handbooks... Then got nothing in return. Constant excuses about the client and the run around. Never got offered any job despite marking myself available daily. Nikki was unprofessional, dodged my calls, i also received harassment and discrimination. I have copies of everything they sent me on email and text. They also had an excuse for not answering their business line it was out of order for two weeks! What a joke. Towards the end of 40 days she said she was gonna call the client again. Nothing. No update after a week. Then when i called her out they said the client is most likely to rescind their job offer, but its still posted on their website. Lies.
