I did a quick call with Jenny before she babysat for us and I appreciated that she asked about our screen time policy and our daughter's interests. Jenny then brought relevant activities with her - for example, my daughter loved creating sticker art with Jenny. Working with Nanny's and Granny's was easy and simple. Their prices are a bit steep at $55/hour, but I valued the peace of mind that using a babysitter that had been vetted by a reputable agency brought.
