I've work with this company for about 6 months and I can't tell how much I wanted to like them. Unfortunately there has been a lot of issues, payroll, no call backs, people missing checks etc..... remind you this company isn't cheap!!! They close right at 5pm and there no after service help. I've left message on the main voice mail no response. For crying out loud we are a business too! I've called a few times because I was worried about them approving payroll and spoke to the receptionist who told me I could stop calling so many times she's on the other line. ( I had no idea you only had one line) how about you tell the first customer to please hold and let me know to please hold since your on the other line) it's called CUSTOMER SERVICE! I have even called Bill who is the owner and left a message he never returned my call. So Bill if your reading this please note these are the concerns I reached out to you for, but since your so busy I thought maybe I should share them publicly so you can either fix the problem. I have had also checks mailed out to staff members they never received them. They send me to an person who doesn't even work in office and all she tell me is IDK I work from home. I noticed the reviews were from 2012, things have changed for clients. There is a high turnover of clients and employees it seems, service quality has really dropped. There seems to be a prevailing bad attitude among many of the employees. The owner once engaged, seems oblivious to problems. Setting up payroll takes about 6 weeks! Lots of mistakes and trouble getting things done in payroll, there seems to be no sense of urgency to do what is best for the client. read more
