I advised him that this was a waste of time considering his degree and exemplary job history, but he wanted to check it out anyway because it was right across the street from our hotel and we had only been in TN for two days. I went with him because we only had one rental car at the time. The receptionist in this office was the rudest, most condescending young women I've met. Not only was she rude to my husband, who is far too polite and non-confrontational to call her on her attitude, but I overheard her on the phone speaking to others in the same snotty tone. I am confrontational and not as polite as my husband so I had to leave the office to keep from going off on her and causing a scene. The only reason this office gets two stars instead of one is because my husband reported that the job coach or whatever her title is was very helpful and courteous. It's ironic that Kelly would employ a person who sets such a horrible example of customer service and professionalism in the workplace.
