Definitely worth it. There's also a tasting room for their spirits nearby where, for a euro or two, you can try most of their spirits. The schwarzbier schnapps was particularly good. At the restaurant, the house beers are solid, but do make sure to check out the various spirits distilled from the beer as well as their whiskey. Food is typical hearty local fare; Nuremberg sausages are a particular highlight and prices are reasonable. When we went it wasn't too busy, but our (quite kind) server indicated that this was unusual.

The food was great it was not as salty as the other places we visited in Munich(e.g Hofbrau Haus, Austiner). We had the schnitzel, roasted duck and shweinshaxe. All very good, The schnitzel was very tasty and tender. The roast duck was moist and not gamey; very savory and succulent. The schweinshaxe was tender but kept the integrity of the skin was intact and crispy. The service was great because we arrived in between lunch and dinner. But it was pretty busy in the "cafe " area. It seems the servers were from university; students working as a side hustle. This brewery also had a nice old fashioned set up which I liked but the service wasn't the best just a heads up.
