Ashley called upon Dad's to come out and repair my furniture. It took forever, let us say over a month and one half. For them to call and then come out. The material with a penny size hole was not repaired properly and made it look like the material was melting and colored on. The Footrest was better by adjusting connecting pieces but it was not repair thoroughly, it does not close properly. So after calling Ashley back it took another month for Dad's to call for service again to come out and at this time the hole can't be repair. And it should have been deemed replacement needed by the company.

We contacted Max and he was able to come and help us on short notice. He was able to disconnect the old one and install the new one, which included hardwiring it as there was no outlet. The work was outstanding and completed very quickly. This is a rental home and I'm sure we would not hesitate to contact Max for any future work.

She was quick to respond via text, she was affordable and very communicative during the jobs. When she ran into situations where she needed my input/decision, she texted me photos of the problem along with multiple options with pros/cons for me to choose. Unbeknownst to me the bathroom floor sits at a slight angle, which would have made the toilet lean. I appreciated her attention to this. She texted me photos of her level on the toilet showing the tilt along with options for different shims we could use. After the dishwasher was installed, she let me know all of the things she did to ensure it was done right as well as running a full cycle. All of this communication made me feel confident.
