I recently purchased a cute vintage canned ham trailer... with an equally vintage trailer coupler…read more Somehow the trailer made it home from Tenino without coming off the hitch despite all the bumps, so I figured I shouldn't tempt the fates by taking it out on that coupler again. Pricing was very reasonable and the work was done super fast. It took one evening to cut off the old coupler, at which point it was discovered that the support piece of the tongue didn't extend out far enough to safely support the coupler. A couple nights later, he came back out with metal to extend the tongue and got the whole thing put on, all at the original price he quoted. Extremely happy with the work and really looking forward to getting this trailer out on the road! This is quality welding and I feel confident taking it out even on the rough forest roads.

You were very unpleasant and lied about cleaning that oven which the photos you sent show that it's not clean. You literally threatened taking me to court for defamation before replying here. You have my phone number. You left me a voicemail. You don't know who I am? Maybe this receipt that I paid through the property management will refresh your memory. Also the property management company hurried to leave a review to help their favorite contractor. I paid both the property management company and that contractor. Saying that invoice is private? It's not because I paid it through your company. I wonder why these two entities are trying so hard to help each other when the photos below tell you the quality of work you'll get. Air Anderson is great! In the January cold snap our furnace…read morewent out. Yikes. We called Dana's Heating and Cooling as they had installed our furnace and serviced it over the years. I was told they could send a service guy in SEVEN DAYS!! We had no heat and even with that information she was unmoved. I then called Air Anderson. They were able to send Mark to our rescue. He came that same morning and was able to do a temporary fix so we could have heat. Once the cold snap was over Air Anderson sent Jose to do a permanent fix. He was able to reroute a PVC pipe so that very few inches of the pipe were exposed to the outside (thus subject to freezing). When Dana's did the original install there was many feet of exposed pipe which did freeze and caused the furnace to fail. I am so glad that we are now using Air Anderson for our heating and air conditioning needs. Lois F. Port Orchard, WA
