Andrew is the man behind the curtain. There is a lot of money to be made in digital marketing. Andrew thought he could charge big bucks but he does not have a company that functions. I lost 7,600 dollars with him across 6 weeks. People who he presented as "partners" were actually contracts who left because he failed to pay them. This is my experience:
* When work was terminated, pro-rated refund not administered. Had to do a chargeback with bank.
* States he is a mastermind and expert in all areas of digital marketing. Turns out, he out sources everything and does nothing himself. He lied about outsourcing and led me to believe he does the work.
* Told me he had zero money in his account and couldn't pay my refund refund.
* Sent me his social media person's timesheet who was originally introduced to me as a "partner" and now it is revealed that she was just an hourly contractor. After the situation soured, he sent it to me to make me feel guilty because he owes her money and I terminated services. Sending me her timesheet was extremely unprofessional and a breach of confidentiality.
* Social media worker notifies me that she is quitting because Andrew has failed to pay her over the past 4 weeks. As a result, I have paid Stacked Deck for services that she discontinued because she wasn't being paid for it. Andrew did not have the skill set to do the social media postings himself. I do not blame her for moving on if this man won't pay for provided services. But I paid for it so the loss is on me.
* I was paying 2,000 a month for social media posting that were supposed to be clips from my videos, that did not happen until 4 weeks later. I'm paying 500 a week for this and three weeks later, no posts. Told my accounts were being rebranded. For three weeks, No. I paid for weekly posts! Then posts were of poor quality. Basically, blurbs and ads. No video clips. That is not how to build a social media following. I hired the social media person to help with online courses that was paid to Stacked Deck. Come to find out, Andrew was not going to pay her to do both online class work and social media. However, I was paying for both. That why "re-branding" took 3 weeks to complete
* Hired him to do PPC Pay per Click ads for Google. The agreement was that it was supposed to be monitored daily. Never sent me a Key Word Search Report. I was supposed to know which ads were being clicked on, what words were working, what were not, how ads were changing, A/B testing. Web analytic reports based on ad performance. None of that work was done. When we would meet, he would talk about his new $5,000 mountain bike and his latest injuries. Said he would send details later and never did.
* Ad budget was $500 for one month. I was launching a new service and wanted to see how it was going before a deep investment. He told me my ad spent was slightly over $100. In reality, he spent over $1,600 without my approval or knowledge. It was only supposed to be 500, total! Andrew had no clue what was going on with Google and did not monitor ad spend, ever!. The ads were strangely written, and never sold one course. There was no daily or active management of ad campaigns. He takes your money then rides his bike.
* Went to look at the Google console backend and there it was documented. When the ad began and then when it was terminated. Absolutely no active management. There are two dates only! No changes whatsoever. I paid him for this "skilled" work of daily active ad management. He claims to be an expert. He is a liar. In the Google console there is an email that has nothing to do with Stacked Deck. Turns out, the worker is from Russia and Andrew outsources the PPC to her but because he has failed to pay to her, she never worked on the account. I e-mailed her myself.
* He claims to have 10 years of professional experience and is an Expert. I looked into his background. He is 28 years old. He went to college for 6 years. That does not add up. He is no-where near old enough to have 10 years in the field and be an expert in his fraud company
* After I terminated services, he offered to do work for free and do Google PPC for two months and he will cover ad spend. DESPRATE.
* His Google reviews are not from companies. The one from Heather is someone he met at a networking event and asked for a favor. Heather introduced me to him regrettably as he made a good impression with her at their networking event. According to his contractors, he has been asking for reviews to build up Stacked Deck from everyone he knows. They claim most, if not all are false. He's a con-man.
* Claims to have over 20 clients. Then why not pay his people or refund me after notification of termination of services?
* There is no paperwork or agreements with this Stacked Deck. I had to ask for a list of deliverables as we were getting into substantial marketing money, I wanted documentation. He sent me a Word document. All companies have formal agreements.
