Those include my clicks and most likely DLD's clicks. They guaranteed page 1 listings in Google for 5 keyword phrases of my choice. They gave me a 100% money-back satisfaction guarantee when I hired them. The obscure phrases they chose did not match the ones I asked for, but that was enough for them to refuse my refund. 54 clicks for $5000. Buyer beware! Oh, and by the way... they filled my website with crap content. Just regurgitated, spammy content. It is an embarrassment I will have to clean up when I have some time to spare. $5000 and a year wasted for 55 clicks. Their guarantee means nothing. Don't fall for it. I would give them ZERO STARS if I could.

Working with Sarah at Kleriti Business Solutions is worth every penny! In my opinion, EVERYONE should have a business coach (alongside a life coach, therapist, etc. etc.) to improve not only their business processes for efficiency, but to help get outside their own head. I can't tell you how many times I've rambled on to Sarah in our biweekly video conferences and she's quickly identified the root issue and been able to offer a different perspective for me to have those quintessential 'Aha' moments. I've greatly appreciated her insights and already put to good use her recommendations (like reading Traction by Gino Wickman, which almost instantaneously put my CEO and I on the same page). Looking forward to working with her long-term and would highly recommend her to anyone else looking for some clarity in their business!

I probably don't have to tell anyone that finding a quality firm to perform this service is challenging, and prices are all over the board. It's also difficult to know what you're going to get at the end of the day. I was fortunate to have found Elevation Creation through my referral network. After I called EC and gave them an overview of what we were looking for, they followed with a face-to-face visit. They came with examples of projects they'd done relevant to what we were looking for. The quickly established credibility and readily offered references (which were from long-term delighted customers). When the work started, the EC team provided excellent communication throughout the process and the first draft was very close to what we described to them. Edits during the fine-tuning process were handled promptly. When our updated site went live, there were no glitches and the roll-out was essentially seamless. EC had taken all the necessary steps behind the scenes to ensure this would happen. Finally, EC came out shortly after the roll-out and provided training so that we can modify/add-to our content ourselves, with EC always in the background ready to help with any significant updates. The fee for services was a significant value for what we received, and we are delighted with the outcome. We've been involved with/are familiar with other sources for these services; none of which come close to EC. The team at EC are professionals who know their business well and more importantly, know how to listen to their customer. If you are in the market for web design and related services, you need to reach out to Elevation Creation. Highly recommended.

You can tell pretty quickly that people actually stay here. The same familiar faces are around year after year, and that consistency matters. The front desk team knows your name, leadership is accessible, and there's never a sense that hierarchy determines whose voice matters. Honestly, everyone seems equally invested, whether you're speaking with someone coordinating logistics or someone in senior leadership. What also makes GFM different is how deeply they care about the people behind the work. Conversations don't begin and end with deliverables. They remember details about your life, ask how your kid's soccer season went, show up for local fundraisers, and genuinely care about what matters to their clients and community. Most importantly, they seem intentional about who they bring onto the team and partner with. There's a kindness and authenticity to the culture that's hard to fake and even harder to sustain for this many years. In a city full of agencies, GroundFloor feels like one of the few places where relationships still actually mean something!! Thankful to have been in their orbit over the last 20 years.
