The meat was cooked to the perfect temperature and both cuts came out at the same time and were ready to eat. The sides were timed perfectly so they were the ideal consistency and the seasoning was something I wish I could duplicate! If you want to impress a business colleague, a date, or just like hanging with some cool people you MUST find time for Eliksir when in Gdansk.
