Christy, was NOT prepared and lost my case to an appointed Commissioner on the bench. She looked at me and said "That's the way it is", when the Commisioner made the order. I then hired a different attorney, who turned that train around. Now there are laws in place that protect disabled individuals (children) from having their benefits play apart in divorce monies. SHAME on Christy. My experience: She doesn't NOT fight to protect your children. She doesn't fight to make sure the law and your rights are upheld.
