She was rude, unresponsive, did not manage my case at all (I had to do my own research and tell her, "Hey, don't you need this information at this point?"), did not fight for me, botched my case such that I was stuck with $46,000 in restitution that I didn't owe (which required me to hire an appellate attorney for another $7500), and was generally difficult and hard to work with at a time when I was extremely vulnerable and terrified. Jenny was my lawyer for a cannabis DUI and she was generally very unresponsive and unhelpful, I was made to think that my charges were dropped for a DUI, but looking more into depth with the DMV or doesn't seem like she did anything for me honestly, it even caused me trouble a year and a half in and I had to pay for impound fees that were never able to be recovered. I had recsinded a review as Jenny had gotten angry and said that she would be able to help, that was not the case, she did absolutely nothingf I had to figure this out myself, even though none of this should have happened or at the last I could have been communicated with. Nobody wants to take care of a mess that another attorney made, you know? big mess like take to the bar type mess! $3,500 for first time DUI no communication what so ever didn't review my case until the morning of my court date, when I needed an extension on my community service, she either wouldn't answer or kept saying she would get to it. This went on for 2 weeks until I was getting close to my due date and was forced to return. I was out of the country (family emergency) couldn't get my lawyer to send a letter to the court so I had to return to finish my community service and talk to the court myself. I would choose zero stars if I could. I have never met a more careless ignorant professional. The beginning of the process, she told me "this is not the end of the world." as soon as she was paid in full she was ridiculously hard to contact. She forwarded me the link for my court less than five minutes before my appearance. I was told to "relax" several times. She also told me about several inconsistencies and didn't do anything about it. When I hired her, I was confident in my decision because of all the amazing reviews, I am still in disbelief at the waste of money. Why she chose my case to ignore, I will never know. So sad that someone could disregard another persons future with zero remorse, especially after being paid almost double the other quotes I was given.
