My weight is not fluctuating, and my belly is flatter than it has been in a long time. I feel great. I was impressed with Dina's office. The office is well staffed, and well stocked with supplements, etc. I have been back to the office multiple times to repurchase items, and have always found many other shoppers in the office as well. On the flip side, the recommended morning shakes are pretty vile. I have yet to find a way to mask the powdery taste. However, I have gone thru two canisters in different flavors because I do believe that the diet itself truly works. Additionally, I do not believe that the office is very helpful in filing insurance claims. These visits are not cheap and the office should understand that the more money I am reimbursed from my insurance carrier, the more likely I will be to return for further visits, testing, services. I would've given a 5 star rating if not for this point alone.

Just being in that room gave me a feeling of pure love and peace. Many "connections " were made with many loved ones who had crossed.
