I loved the Stables Market! It is great to just walk around and have a look. And there is a lot to see! So many different shops! From vintage over restaurants to cafes. I found a mint green bag with polka dots here. And I ate a muffin at Cookies and Scream. You can find everything you like here. And it is really huge! It doesn't look like this from the outside, but when I was inside it just didn't end. It was really one shop after the other and even more around the corner and inside and really everywhere!

The worst thing about this market is that it took me so long to discover it. I have fallen in love with this entire area and can't wait for my next trip to the UK so I can return and continue exploring. There is a lot to see in the Camden Market area. I wandered around for at least 4.5 hours, and I still didn't manage to see everything. From fancy to funky, this region has it all. Take your time, don't mind the crowds and soak it all in. In all my visits to London (which have been many) I have never thought of London as the place to go to shop. Exchange rates are not favorable. This market area had the cool and unusual and vendors I could bargain with. Be aware that some only take cash, so make sure to not have to rely on plastic when you go.

This market is massive! You could spend a whole day and only explore a few stores. There are so many places to eat at, lots of trinkets to look at, vintage stuff... There's something for everyone. Bring cash, dress comfy, and keep an eye on your belongings. It does get crowded, but maybe it wouldn't be so bad if you visited during the weekdays. Camden is a cool town with a Hipster-ish vibe without the smell. The Stables Market has been around since the 1800's a and is a great place to go shopping and get some good food!

The Stables Market is incrediable. I absolutely love this market! It has the most amazing clothing, gifts and foods from around the world. If you love vintage, jewellery, gorgeous furnishings and mad clothing then you'll fall in love with The Stables as well. There are over 450 retail and food stalls to explore and experience so you are bound to find something there that's you-even if it's merely the atmosphere. They have great music playing as you wander around, a great community and creative spirit and fantastic stalls. It attracts tourists and locals alike and whenever I need to buy gifts this is the first and last place I need to go. The Stables is amust see of london-it's gorgeous and so are the people.

Camden really comes alive on Sundays for the famous Camden Market: bubble blowers, tarot reading and punks handing out flyers are just some of the things one can look forward to. Thousands of people flock to Camden to eat, drink, and most importantly, shop. There are copious stalls, with everything from clothes to incense to bongs and piercing paraphernalia. Food stalls are rife with every cuisine on offer, I usually grab a falafel and ALWAYS some homemade lemonade from the oh-so-gorgeous stand. Be warned that it gets SUPER CROWDED, so only go down when you have the strength and aren't too hungover to deal with the crowds.

I feel like Camden market has lost it a bit, since my early teens when going there was a massive treat and made me feel really 'cool'. Now, tack seems to have taken over substance in most cases, and the sad old punks who sit on the bridge near the market are a sad reminder of what Camded used to stand for. I saw some french school kids buying drugs off a dealer once, no doubt getting conned in some way or another. That is another sad thing about this place, that school trips come here (its a famous area!) only to be faced with one of Londons most prevalent problems. And so openly! However... the atmosphere is still really fun, and although it gets hideously over crowded, the excitement does become infectious. Also, the numerous food stalls there,(especially the Mexican- stay away from the cheaper Chinese ones) make it a great place to grab some lunch and sit on the benches with friends. And some of the vintage shops are not too badly priced, offering up some good deals. I used to also rootle through the vinyl stalls and buy loads of basic silver jewellry. If you haven't been, then make sure you go, but it really is not what it used to be.

Really like Stables Market. Not much thats for sale appeals to me, but I love the atmosphere. There are plenty of food outlets which are not too expensive. A statue of Amy Winehouse was recently installed. I'm not sure that I could cope witth visiting at the weekend though.

Want a bit of this and that... Street eats, vintage digs, anything from hookahs to paintings... This market is the business. Great stuff. I RECOMMEND: Smoke 'n' Roll's food truck. Brisquet sandwich with grilled onions and sundries tomatoes melted in my mouth. EXTRA TIP: bargain bargain bargain! The verb, not just the noun!

For any one of my friends traveling into London I always recommend veering off a little to Carnaby. Over the years some shops have come and go but some of my favorites remain open. I'm a huge Great Frog lover and their shop is nearby, also for us rock n rollers I can't help stopping into The Rolling Stones Uk store. Lots of major branded stores but also cute local vendors and stores. It's a very walkable street and safe. Plenty busy so come earlier in the day to beat the crowds. Another pro tip is catching a reservation at dishshoom down here as I've found it easier to snag a reservation here than at their other locations. Plenty of dining options though and local stalls like Starbucks and Joe & the juice. It's a touristy street of shops but I love it - definitely bookmark this area on your must shop / see list when on this side of town.

I called in here to grab some food before getting the tube nearby to Wembley Stadium, there was a decent range of shops and places to eat, including brands such as Superdrug, Starbucks and Nandos', and a Waitrose store. Other stores here include Sainsbury's Local, Boots and 3, or if you're feeling hungry there is also the likes of itsu and Gourmet Burger Kitchen, the latter I only found out about after leaving it appeared to be hidden in the centre - shame! The entrance to the centre up a ramp which soon converted part into chairs looked quite dangerous, for me it looked like an accident waiting to happen with no clear lighting or signs to show it, which is why I can't help but wonder how this part of the building passed health and safety, which I can only guess is there down to it being grade II listed. A small selection of shops and places to eat and drink in decent surroundings, slightly quieter than getting something perhaps inside the Euston Station (or the square outside), and perhaps somewhere easy and nearby to go ahead of grabbing a train so it certainly is worthy of a solid three-star rating.
