He is very prepared for TK and knows his ABCs and how to count to 30 (he's 4 years old). The teachers always listened to him and to me. They were able to assist when he was diagnosed with autism. The schedules that they offer work extremely well for a FT working parent. The school is located in a safe area and I never had any concerns. The majority of the teachers have been there for over a decade (some twice as long!) And during the graduation multi-generation families spoke about the school; that just shows you how well known and loved this school is by the community.

The staff are warm and attentive to not just my son, but our whole family, including little sister who we can't wait to enroll as well. Administration is communicative, the curriculum is engaging, and it's just a warm and lovely place to be a part of. I also appreciate that they regularly have events open to the whole family so you feel like they are invested in knowing your whole family. The school is very diverse in both the children that attend and the staff as well, which is incredibly important to us. We are choosing to keep our son with Noah's Ark an additional year, rather than going to our local schools pre-K program because we have been so happy with it. 100% recommend to everyone.

When picking him up, I always observed him left by himself to play in a little corner while the other kids would gather together in a separate part of the classroom. One day, one of the teacher's aids called my son "abnormal" and suggested I have him checked out. At the time, I had an existing appointment for him to be seen for an autism diagnosis - which has since been confirmed. The main teacher also said that the preschool wasn't a good fit for him after I had asked about facilitated play to encourage more socialization. They were not willing to put in any extra effort for my child with special needs. Fast forward, I ended up taking him out of this preschool and brought him to Napa Junction Elementary preschool which was an integrated class for autistic and neurotypical kids. It was inclusive and the teachers and aids were excellent. It was truly a judgement free atmosphere and my son has been thriving ever since. Being a Christian school, I thought Noah's Arc would be more inclusive of kids with different needs and judgement free. This was not the case. I don't usually like to write bad reviews but hopefully it will help parents decide whether or not it is a "right fit" if their child is autistic.

Everyone at kindercare has been so supportive and caring that I always feel good about dropping him off. Since the moment I inquired about kindercare to today we have been treated phenomenal . Mrs..Sara , Ms. Grace and Ms. Kailah have treated my son with so much care and love that I really owe them a lot. My son not only loves to go to daycare everyday but has not cried at drop off. I get pictures of him throughout the day through the app and all of his photos he is smiling and looks like he's having a blast. My son has learned to hold the bottle on his own, gets read to him regularly, has stopped using his pacifier and is learning new things everyday. Liz not only immediately set up the tour for a Sunday, she had Lupe(best person ever) available with her during the tour to assess what my son would need. He was a mess, cried, shrieked and just wasn't interested. Right off the bat, Lupe made every effort to placate him so that Liz could talk to us about everything. This was just the tour. We signed that day. The next morning being his first day, they made sure his favorite TV show was on and allowed us to bring a comfort item for him. As expected he was inconsolable as I left (previous daycare trauma). Liz sent me a picture 15 minutes after of a smiling boy being cuddled and loving it. That was 2 years ago. Today my son and his friends are thriving. This daycare is run with a child's development in mind and it shows. Liz has an education in early childhood development and is very keen to have parents involved to add and enhance to their children's development. As he gets older and is ready to move on, we worry what our son will do when he doesn't have Lupe, Meeta and Ms. Liz to always take care of him. This daycare has been an absolute blessing for our family. I cant recommend them enough.

I was in an accident that limited my mobility, and so many parents held open doors, offered to carry things, and expressed words of motivation and support. Several even helped me push my son's stroller into the school, which nearly brought me to tears. The teachers, especially Miss Kayla and Miss Fatima have been so supportive and stepped in to help with our son while supporting him through the various transitions in this healing process. Miss Adriane has also been so kind checking in each morning with her thoughtful smile and encouraging words. We have been a part of this community since our son was 5 months old and we are grateful for all he has learned and grown. The team has worked with us through several parenting challenges and we are so thankful for their knowledge, care and concern.
