In unit The equipment is not supplied unless someone leaves it from prior rental. The across-the-board annual rental increase is a flat amount, not taking into consideration, one bedroom versus two bedroom or # of people in residence on fixed incomes. The Pros and Cons:…read more Centerville does seem to offer much for your dollar in terms of including many of the utilities as one might see in a NYC apartment complex. (Designed for those over 55). Most everyone of the neighbors met thus far have been polite and friendly, some less so. Small dogs and Cats are welcomed. Initially this was a first choice for downsizing from a single family home, the photographs perhaps overstated how large and where the buildings were located on the site. Actually set behind what appears to be a form of nursing home on the far back of the property. Opened assigned parking, limited Guest Parking and an outdoor designated smoking area. Although the residents are supposed to be non-smoking within the buildings. Building "A" didn't seem to get the memo. Units are a bit inconsistent some with balconies and others without, parking spaces are not conforming to consistent sizes throughout. There really aren't a whole assortment of amusements here. A common room that remains un-used most of the time and although units have washer dryer hook-ups not all have the actual equipment inside you must supply your own unless you inherit someone else's left behind from a previous renter. I think i would have preferred a tour of the site which doesn't offer walking trails or any Amenities to speak of. It would have also been preferable to have some sort of welcome packet to learn about the area: Places of Worship, Transportation, Cuisine, Shopping, Entertainment, etc. Where do you register your dog or cat, license, voting registration??? ( I won't do free consulting here for their better Angels ). PS - Don't forget to get your rental insurance regardless...!

I researched places nearby and came across this lovely spot. Jessie (leasing agent) and Susan (manager) were life savers! They both went above and beyond to get me into a beautiful space. I can not thank them enough for the genuine hospitality I received. I felt so welcome since day one! It is very hard to find a good management team - let alone , a fabulous one - and this place nailed it for sure! The place is pet friendly- but you would never know. It always smells fresh and clean. The common areas are always well designed, pristine and very comfortable. When you walk in the building you get a great , chill vibe as well. The amenities are top notch! I am excited to spend time by the pool, hang out in the cool common lounge spaces, and enjoy the amazing beach views! Thank you to Jessie and Susan for a lovely new place to call home

Rent prices are comparably affordable for the area. With regard to service, they have been exemplary in my experience. Without their support, I would not had peace of mind about my living situation while I was away. Thank you very much Corey 10!

Walked around a bit after checking out the inside and was even-more pleased - there is an awesome little strip of shops, restaurants, cafes and bars right around the corner that is lined with hanging and potted planters (adorable). I chatted with a few people while walking and everyone I came into contact with was really sweet and friendly - love that community feel.
