A reservation was made by calling this restaurant. Upon arrival, my partner, our friends, and I managed to find parking shared with other stores. We were excited to try out Creole / Cajun cuisine as first-timers at Medley's Bayou. For some of us, Cajun food usually has a kick to it. Contrary to popular belief, an authentically prepared Cajun dish does not involve eye-watering heat. Greeted by the host at the door, we made our way to a table inside their small, warm, and inviting vibe with a stage for live music. The selective menu features fresh, lively, made-to-order Louisiana-inspired classics. As an appetizer, we decided on Jumbo Lump Crab Cakes and Jumbo Lump Crab Bisque Soup. For our main meal, we opted for the Ribeye Steak with Spanish Rice, Ribeye Steak with Cajun Fries, Stuffed Lobster Tail with Crab, and Lemon & Herb Chicken.
