From day one, the teachers at Learning Tree made my somewhat shy child feel safe, loved, and encouraged. My daughter had a speech delay, and the patience, support, and encouragement she received there helped her so so much. They don't just focus on academics or rigid schedules; they teach kindness, social skills, and everyday life lessons that are just as important as ABCs and 123s at this stage. More than anything, the kids are genuinely *LOVED* - and that makes all the difference. As a working parent, I truly could not have had my career without the trust and peace of mind that Learning Tree provided. They are very reasonably priced, and the new (in 2025) owners and management of the building are just as wonderful as the teachers - professional, kind, and supportive. In 2025 they did a ton of renovations with all brand new floors, classroom toys & supplies, and a brand new outdoor playground with a new fence. Payment is simple and stress-free through their online portal, and the app they use makes communication effortless. Getting pictures and videos throughout the day was such a gift...it warmed my heart to see my kids smiling, playing, and learning in real time. They use a key fob system to enter the building and you have to go through multiple check-points, it is very safe. Before finding Learning Tree, we tried other daycare options in Annapolis that felt cold, too strict, and more like a prison for toddlers than a nurturing environment. Learning Tree was the complete opposite - warm, family-oriented, and rooted in decades of experience. The teachers are unmatched, which is why they've been trusted by families for over 30 years. At the end of the day, these are children - they don't need to learn rocket science, they need to feel LOVED, supported and SAFE. Special shoutouts to Miss Yolanda and Miss Dominique, who went above and beyond every single day. Their dedication, warmth, and love are the heart of the Learning Tree community. The teachers greet our daughter by name each morning, and it's clear they truly care about each child as an individual. She's come home each day brimming with stories, songs, and new things she's learned--not to mention the adorable art projects we now have proudly displayed all over the house. Watching her blossom socially and emotionally in such a nurturing space has been so reassuring. She's made real friendships and grown in confidence, and I credit so much of that to the gentle, encouraging environment this preschool provides. She went day one and was a little reluctant to leave me husband and I, but by the end of the day when it was time to go home she refused to leave and have been wanting to stay daily after school. The summer camp is very proficient and well planned out. The have been going on a lot of trips that are included in tuition. The trips are not limited to just having fun but also things like museum's for history knowledge to our young people. I tilt my hat off to all the staff at Clinton Christian School to accepting my daughter to the family and making her feel at home away from home. I am excited and looking forward to great successful upcoming school year.

I never felt like it was a daycare. She was always learning something new each day! I enrolled her in summer camp, which she really enjoyed, especially since she is an only child. My daughter took music lessons for the violin. I was amazed at her teacher's instructions and guidance. She not only taught my daughter how to play the violin, but to also read and write music; very impressive! We had bus service for morning pickup. Always on time, friendly driver who always provided a warm greeting. We had aftercare, so I picked her up. Unfortunately, during pickup my daughter would almost be in tears. I generally had to wait until the last kid left before she would want to go home. I didn't want to force her to leave her friends and go home to no child to play with. I always received assurance from the teachers that everything would be fine. They were. This is a top-notched school who cares about their students and their learning process. Although my daughter is much older, I had to circle back and give this review. Every dime I spent on my daughter's education, care and spiritual guidance given at Clinton Christian was well worth it. Anytime your child clings to her teacher at the end of the school year because she's going to miss her says a lot.

This school does not work well with "all children" that have developmental delays/disabilities. Nor…read moredoes this school follow IEPs. I have never seen a faculty that pretends to know so little about the law, it's like they are simply learning as they go (mainly the principal). You can't require a parent of a disabled child to attend a field trip or threaten that the child won't be able to participate, because you are short staffed. That's a violation of the law (IDEA?) and discrimination. That was my initial experience with the current principal, and things have gone downhill since. They should really lose their funding for targeting children with disabilities, as it appears this Charter School is now a business, opening multiple schools, and hiring former Hedge Fund/Investment managers (Gregory Gann for example) to guide them. This is not about the children anymore. I will do my best in Washington to stop the government from funding these "investment firms" that pretend to be educational facilities.

They gaslit my son into thinking that if he were more friendly and compassionate he would get along with a very manipulative and entitled student. They taught Montessori principles but when it came to one of their own children, they expected families to look the other way or "understand" the complexities. We thought the environment would be great for our rather shy son, but we were raklroaded by passive aggression. Also staff tends to talk to parents about other children... Very inappropriate. If you decide to send your child here, RUN at the first hint of these behaviors because it will only continue. My wife and I discussed these matters with staff, but they continued to ask what my son could have done to mitigate the bullying. We finally had enough and decided to leave. Our son is thriving in fourth grade and we feel supported by teachers who are not compromised by their own personal issues. ​
