This review is for their customer service - I was in a time and pressure crunch and mistakenly…read morethought they were the manufacturer of a shelving system that I had to help move sight unseen, not a distributor. The rep corrected me - and (embarrassingly) it didn't fully dawn on me until afterwards - yet was still kind enough to answer questions to the best of his knowledge. His answers were a great help for the move - he clearly knew his products and was patient. If this is how their customer service treats all potential (or clearly lost) customers, then I imagine they take fantastic care of their clients.

I…read morehave worked with Industrial Shelving before and have always had great service, so I emailed a salesperson that I have worked with in the past, his name is Dan C. He quickly knew exactly what I was looking for and not only gave me a price of new, but because of what we were using them for, gave me a price for used ones as well. Needless to say because we are storing tires on them we went with the used. Dan has always responded quickly to email and provided great service. They sell so many different kinds of industrial shelving or bin shelving for the garage, tool boxes, and so much more.

I recently bought a new house and as I was packing up for the move, I found a couple of items that I bought at charity auctions. I had put them up on the top shelf in a closet. I am sure you know how that goes, out of sight, out of mind. I found; a hockey stick autographed by, Allan Macinnis and a baseball bat signed by the entire team of the 2004 National League Champions. Of course that was the, St. Louis Cardinals. In my old STL home, I displayed all my autographed and other sports memorabilia in my bedroom. In my new house in Illinois, I have a huge family room and plan on featuring my collection there. It's time to let everyone see it, not just those who visit the bedroom. DSC&F did a great job framing the stick. They put it on a royal blue background with a black frame. For the bat, they had a acrylic case that allowed me to display it horizontal or vertical. I choose, horizontal. They both look stunning in my new home and everyone is impressed my collection. Will I return? - Absolutely. I have some wall space to fill and I need a case for a football. When: September 30, 2020 Why: Special framing
