Ordered a piece of sand-blasted glass with the door number on - not cheap, cost around £200. They came out to measure it, then we waited ... didn't hear anything for several weeks, so went to the shop to enquire. They had the glass, but with the wrong number on it - they hadn't bothered to re-order it, or tell us. They did then re-order it, but when it turned up, it was over a centimetre too small. When we told them, they couldn't be bothered at all - refused to replace it. So that was £200 wasted. Terrible company. read more

I have used St Leonards Glass on and off for a couple of years. The service has been mixed but they are cheap. I recently took in a written order (with my phone number on it) for about £300 worth of glass. I was told they would ring me back. After a few days I had heard nothing so I rang again and left a message. I heard nothing back again. I will not be giving them any more of my custom. I have better things to do with my time. read more

I have used them on three occasions for replacement double glazed units (supply only), they have supplied me with leaded replacements and toughened glass units, they have always been accurate in size and spot on with their delivery dates, can't fault them in any way they are a very friendly and helpful and all at a good price !!! read more
