They…read morecame out to measure it, then we waited ... didn't hear anything for several weeks, so went to the shop to enquire. They had the glass, but with the wrong number on it - they hadn't bothered to re-order it, or tell us. They did then re-order it, but when it turned up, it was over a centimetre too small. When we told them, they couldn't be bothered at all - refused to replace it. So that was £200 wasted. Terrible company.

I recently took in a written order (with my phone number on it) for about £300 worth of glass. I was told they would ring me back. After a few days I had heard nothing so I rang again and left a message. I heard nothing back again. I will not be giving them any more of my custom. I have better things to do with my time.

They also sell putty, silicone and the very best window cleaning spray. They also sell spare parts for double glazed units such as handles and hinges. If you cannot do the job yourself they have a good team of staff who will come out to you at a very reasonable price.
