My GP had booked my appointment, and I had just started school, so in September I called in to confirm the date and time of my appointment as I get my schedule a week before school starts. She proceeded to be rude and condescending on the phone saying "YOU MADE AN APPOINTMENT AND FORGOT?" to which i said..NO, my GP made the appointment a month ago, and I am calling to be sure of the time and date AS i just got my school schedule. Once that was dealt with, I called to book my surgery, surgery date was handled by another lady. She gave me a tentative booking, and asked i call back to confirm. I did, same lady picked up and confirmed that it is now an official booking. I called a third time because she advised sometimes the time changes, but the date stays. Confirmed AGAIN now with the cold condescending front desk lady. Then the day before my surgery I call in because i was not told where to show up, and if i needed to be fasted or any sort. THE cold and condescending lady picks up, freaks out "YOU DIDNT GET A PACKAGE?" i said no, i have called three times previously and the day of my booking and NOT once was there a mention of a package. She then implies it was my fault, because all patients get packages and I booked over the phone. Then she proceeds to blame me saying I did not tell them I didn't receive a package. Wait... let me understand correctly THE PATIENT should know there is a package? from where? MS. CLEO the psychic? Secondly she implied i forgot to pick mine up ALTHOUGH SHE WAS JUST MAKING ONE, when i said i didn't have one. IF i had forgotten, wouldn't they have called me to let me know i still have to pick it up? or say...THERE'S ONE HERE FOR YOU, and you haven't picked it up? NOPE. But it was my fault... I didn't let them know i didn't have a package. How does this have to do with Dr. Nazarali? Well Doctors are professionals and any one under your name should uphold your reputation. If you have a front desk that can't handle accepting their faults and not apologizing and BLAMING the patient...tell me how you create a welcome place of healing? ESP when your appointments (the actual opportunity to get healed) are handled by the front desk?

Searching on google nearby walk-in clinic late Saturday! We went there, the staff was very welcoming, In less than 20min she was seen by a doctor who referred me to Xray at the same clinic. He was very nice and professional with her. He answered all questions and did all require physical examination gently with her.I have to highlight that I received a call back from the doctor in less than 2 hrs just to say your daughterX-ray is fine and give me some recommendations to manage her pain. In general it is a new nice and clean clinic, I would recommend them as walk in clinic !

I have never met a physician like Dr. Shokr. He is professional, compassionate, understanding and non-judgmental. He spends the extra time with you if required. I have never felt rushed out of a meeting with him. He has been a life saver for me. I recommended by daughter and her husband who commented that he is the most sensitive and patient physician they have ever met. I am a clinical therapist and have referred many of my clients to him. Their feedback was fantastic. They have thanked me for referring them to Dr. Shokr and I will continue to do this in the future. My sincere thanks and appreciation Dr. Shokr for being who you are and being there for me when I needed a compassionate doctor. You are an amazing human being and doctor. My family physician, Dr. Mikail, has her practice at this clinic and I've been her patient ever…read moresince my previous Doctor of 20 years had to retire because brain cancer stricken her. It always seems this place is so busy but there are times like today that the wait was 1.5 hours even with an appointment. The great clinic staff do their best to try and get everyone that wants to wait a chance to see a doctor. I've been here when people come in and demand to jump the queue while I've been seated waiting for 2 hours; some even make up bizarre stories. One never knows what to expect at any Walk-in Clinic and this place is no different. Anyhow, Dr. Mikail is a professional with great people skills. She takes the time to understand why I'm here rather than just hurrying up and writing a prescription so I can be on my way.

I was very patience waiting to get information. This woman saw me and didn't acknowledge my presence or said hi. I stood there for 30 minutes until she finished with that little boy. The woman continued to ignore me eventhrough I stood right at her office door. I finally, spoke up and explained why I was there and asked her to give me some information about the service they provide. She refused to give me information. And said I have to call to make an appointment. They are not a walk in clinic . Also they charge $100 . I have to pay upfront $100 before she talk to me. No wonder she ignored me. She should have asked me if I had an appointment when I walked in and not let me waited for 30 minutes and ignored me. Unacceptable. I would not trust this place. Money grabbing.

Reception is rude and Service is lacking. Had my pharmacy send a request for medication refill 3…read moreweeks in advance to my medication running out, sent it again the following week when I didn't hear anything, sent a request through the pharmacy AGAIN the next week and after talking to the pharmacy staff who informed me that the doctor's office wasn't responding. Contacted the doctor's office and was told the request is waiting to be signed off on. My medication ran out. Another phone call and finally my pharmacy let me know it was ready for pick up the same day that call was made. Then a WEEK LATER Streetville medical's receptionist calls to tell me my medication is ready. To which I respond it's really late. Her response was "I don't know what to tell you, I'm just delivering a message." Extremely dissatisfied with the staff and service at this point and I get the feeling I'm not the only one.
