This is a cheap version of a float experience you can get at another place and you get what you pay for: mediocre ownership, oddly shaped pods that do not close completely, massage chairs that hurt your back, lack of privacy from clients going in and out at the "rest" area, tacky decorations with LED lights that are more appropriate at a bar than a spa and lack of responsibility when it comes to overcharging. I had a commitment of 3 months and cancelled on time. I still got charged a fourth month and was not awarded a refund. $109 is not going to make me lose my sleep but it shows how tunnel vision management will end up sinking a business that needs to step up its game.

I used to genuinely enjoy coming here and had positive experiences in the past, but the overall atmosphere and quality seem to have changed significantly. During my most recent visit, I noticed hair in my float pod, which immediately raised concerns about cleanliness and attention to detail. I also noticed a cigarette smell throughout parts of the facility, which felt very out of place in a business centered around relaxation and wellness. The most disappointing part of the experience was the customer service. In my opinion, the owner came across as unnecessarily rude and dismissive. There's a difference between explaining memberships and making customers feel pressured, and the interaction felt more like a sales pitch than a welcoming experience. The tone felt uncomfortable and unfriendly rather than professional. I also had interactions with staff that felt cold and unprofessional, which only added to the feeling that the environment has changed for the worse. It's frustrating because I used to enjoy coming here and recommended it to others. I'm leaving this review because I hope the business takes customer concerns seriously. A relaxing environment depends on cleanliness, professionalism, and making customers feel welcome and unfortunately this visit did not reflect that. To leave off for anyone that may be interested in coming here I would respectfully say save your time and money

I was very clear about pre-existing neurological problems. The quality of care and concern was lacking and it's all about money for this office. On my 12th visit I told the doctor something really hurt, but he continued and then when it was excruciating he was dismissive and told me to calm down he could see a PTSD reaction. The first visit the staff had told me a specific co-pay, but were not up front about additional charges. After the 12 visits they erroneously said my insurance only covers 12. Insurance will cover, they didn't want to deal with it. They have left me with more severe injuries than I started. After doing additional research and reading the company's outstanding reviews, I felt confident reaching out for help because the process had become overwhelming for us to navigate on our own. From my very first phone conversation with Zara through our final appointment, the experience was outstanding. Pedro and Soraya streamlined what initially felt complicated and stressful into a process that was organized, understandable, and manageable every step of the way. For a very reasonable fee, my husband received a comprehensive evaluation, including imaging and an in-depth review of his medical history. After I forwarded his records, Pedro meticulously reviewed the documentation, identified the most relevant medical records, and prepared an exceptionally detailed DBQ and Nexus statement supported by medical research and clear clinical rationale regarding my husband's deteriorating condition. The professionalism, compassion, attention to detail, and efficiency demonstrated by the entire team were truly impressive. Every interaction was handled with care and expertise, and we always felt genuinely supported and informed throughout the process. I highly recommend Health Pro to any veteran or family navigating the VA claims system. Their knowledge, organization, and commitment to helping veterans made an overwhelming experience far easier than we ever expected.
