I turned off the water to the house and then called C&H at 9:45 am. At 11:50 am they were in my driveway. I'm not saying that everyone will get their emergency service that quick, but I was very happy that it worked out for me that they had another job right across the street from me. Once Cody arrived it only took him a few minutes to diagnose the problem and he left to get the special MOEN part that he needed.
