After a billing dispute, I formally requested the store manager, Denise Fulton, to move all communication strictly to writing (via email) due to financial hardship, which is my legal right under the Alberta Consumer Protection Act. Despite sending this written directive and having a clear "No Trespassing" sign posted on my door, this store continues to send employees to my private residence. They have repeatedly stepped onto my property, knocked on my door to interrogate me about my personal assets (like my truck and home), and used aggressive doorstep intimidation tactics. Bypassing a written request to communicate via mail/email and trespassing on private property is completely unacceptable corporate behavior. If you value your privacy and expect professional customer service, beware of dealing with this specific branch.
