We've been bringing our little one to this location since he could cruise. I love that it is…read moreconveniently located in the fountain oaks shopping center (plenty of easy parking) and is always a clean/bright/happy place. We have been coming to the age-based classes over the last year or so, going up on the 'level' as my little one has gotten older. Each class is led by an instructor who introduces and leads group activities between 'free play' time that we the parents supervise. The play area is totally carpeted (kids go barefoot or wear socks, parents HAVE TO wear socks - don't worry, they do sell socks up front for days you forget). There is always music on, and the classes end with bubble time on the round carpet (great for the kids to help signal the end of class and aid in the transition to leaving). We have also tried the music class, which my child enjoyed. This class (as well as the art class) is a bit harder to get into as it tends to fill up so you do need to pre-register. Now that my little one is a toddler, we take advantage of family time too (free play time). It's great to have an indoor playground option available on cold or rainy days. You can buy a monthly membership (and go to classes every day if you wanted to) or buy a set of class passes (with a limit on how many months before you use them or they expire).

My little girl had a blast here! We did the toddler open gym and it was just enough time for her to…read moreenjoy herself without getting overly tired. There was only about 3 other toddlers which was great. The price, customer service, location, and cleanliness was spot on. We can't wait to come back here!

I can't say enough good things about Creme on Roswell, but I'll focus on two that demonstrate the…read morecharacter and effectiveness of the school. We'd had a terrible experience at another school and I had to pull my son out one day. He was 3 years old. Tova Tritt, the school director, found him a spot the very next day. Literally within hours she'd arranged for a comfortable, personalized transition that made all the difference for him at a tough time. Miss V was his first teacher and she took him under her wing the moment we walked in. They spent the summer catching him up to Creme standard with writing and other academics. He wasn't just happy there, he was ECSTATIC every day to go to school. Fast forward to now when we are registering for kindergarten at our local public school. During the evaluation for placement, they told us they had to get more advanced books from the library for him because he was reading at such an advanced level. Then, he had to go back for further evaluation with writing because he was so ahead in reading. In the end, he was placed at almost a 2nd grade reading and writing level and will enter accelerated classes in kindergarten. His teacher at Creme now, Miss Amatulli, is amazing. The kids love her and she is so focused on developing each one individually. It turns out that three kids from Creme will be in the same accelerated classes in kindergarten next year together, which will make for another comfortable transition. All the teachers we've had - Miss Megan, Miss G, Miss Erica and others - and all the staff that support them - Mr. Jerrell, Miss Sylvia, Miss Jaime, Mr. Daniel, the counselors (it's hard to name everyone that we love in one post) - are so kind, welcoming, thoughtful, and caring. It's just a very high quality school that cares about your kids and nurtures their highest potential very effectively. Hands down, choosing Creme was one of the best decisions we have made for our son. We are so proud of him and will miss Creme when it's time to move on.

The teachers rarely shared any photos or updates about what the children were doing at school through the app. When we asked about this, the front desk staff told us it was due to poor internet connection--which is simply unacceptable. We are paying $2,300 per month, yet they can't even fix the Wi-Fi? In our very first week, we noticed two nail marks under our child's arm, but the daycare gave us no explanation or response. Additionally, some of the teachers asked about parents' professions, which felt intrusive and made us uncomfortable. The children were given large amounts of snacks every day, which resulted in our son not eating properly at home. And what they advertised as "computer class" was actually just a group of kids sitting together watching cartoons while the teacher was on her phone. Overall, we are extremely disappointed with the experience.

Reasons why I loved this school so much: - the staff: they really cared about my daughter and us parents. They came out every day to talk to us and give us updates on her day. You could tell they also were educated in childhood education. We loved our Ms Sheryl, Itzel and Kim - learning: they have a monthly curriculum where they teach the kids something age appropriate every day. My daughter flourished here. - Food: I loved that I did not have to pack food and I knew she was getting healthy organic options - coach: he made all the kids happy - community: this school felt like a small community. My husband got covid during our time in Atlanta and the school made us feel like we were cared for. They informed everyone in the school in a timely manner and sent us well wishes and food ! - communication: in the difficult times of covid TLC was amazing at communicating with us weekly about all measures they were taking. It made us feel at ease. Also, they use the Beightwheel app and updates us daily with pictures of her and her friends :) - clean. Friendly. Affordable. Simply amazing. We wish we had a school like this in Orlando ! We miss you all dearly!

It's the Little Things…read more When you're looking for a place for your child (especially a newborn), you probably have a checklist of what's important. It must be: * Safe * Encouraging * Peaceful * and A Positive Learning Environment Primrose Sandy Springs offers ALL OF THESE THINGS, but what really sets them apart are the small details. Our son's teacher, Ms. Judy, would greet us at the door to the room. They'd immediately engage my son, and take him from me to make him feel welcome and at home in the classroom. All bottles went into an insulated bag (that they provide) in his cubby. The teachers will move them to the correct fridge for you, and return them back to the bag in his cubby rinsed. The room itself is spacious, but warm. It's always peaceful--frankly, I could do with spending a bit more time in there just to relax. Throughout the day we receive images of him playing, reading, and practicing through the Tadpoles app. The images light up my day like nothing else! When it's time to pick him up for the day, I just show up. The evening teacher hands my son to me and I grab his bag and go. They take all of the hassle out of it. And Raneet, the owner, and her staff are always warm and encouraging. On several occasions they moved mountains to accommodate our needs. Give them a try. I hope you'll love them as much as we did.

I'm so amazed at how much he knows already for his age. He's already speaking so well and it amazes me to see his progress. The teachers are definitely doing there job. The facility is clean, the teachers are amazing with keeping you updated with there progress throughout the day, the front desk are always helpful and willing to assist with anything. The facility is controlled access. You must enter your code to enter the building which was a plus for me. The classrooms are organized and well kept. I love the many events they have through out the year for the children. The owner Mrs. Raneet is amazing and cares about the school and the quality of care your child receives. I came to her with concerns and she was always willing to fix anything or correct any issues that was there. Super sweet and always willing to help you anyway she can. Thank you :)
