HVC is as pure a place as is possible in this world. Here you are offered a relationship with GOD through his Son, JESUS. No pride, just joy. IT IS EASY HERE. I am not compelled to "works" here. But, here, I continually chose GOD. Please try us. Please try God. Here is just the sweet, supernatural, loving, kind, and good, presence of GOD. Lead by a man carved and spun by God just for you. Review #2) You will melt. You will prosper. You will heal. But above all You will change. You will be changed. Review #3) Here is for the hungry, the broken, the sick, the tired, the empty, the hurting, the secretly very angry, the molested, the lonely, the bored, those who are afraid, Those with cancer, or other horrible diseases that eat you , seek to destroy you, invasive forces whether physical or emotional. The oppressed. The good, meek, downtrodden, the mistreated. The exploited. The rejected. We like you. Victims of racial hatred. Those deeply immeasurably wounded by hate. The raped. HVC is a safe place. we will not rewound you. (If that happens please say something.) JESUS is a safe GOD. "Justice is the foundation of God's throne." For those with unspeakable injuries. Welcome to all drug addicts. You are in familiar company! Welcome sinners, welcome thieves and murderers. Christ knows the truth and died for you. Welcome those with wounds too deep to heal. For those who have been stolen from. Those who have been treated unfairly. For those captured in sin (whether your own or other's), Here is for those who believe that they hate themselves, or for those in the most violent jail of hating others. HVC is the best church with the best Pastor with the best sheep. HERE IS THE LORD JESUS. NOT FOR EVERYONE, BUT FOR ANYONE. Jesus isn't at the tomb because He is at HVC. Come meet Him.

I attend the Pleasanton campus (aka the Crossings campus) and VBC has been my home church since 2019. What I love about VBC is that they teach directly from from the scriptures (currently in the book of Luke). Instead of having a main pastor who preaches every week, VBC has teaching pastors who rotate the message every week. Sunday services are at 9am and 11am and there is community time in between services where you can get to know one another. One of my personal check boxes is that a church needs to have great worship music. The worship band (lead by Dan Gillette) are thoroughly prepared each week and always play some of favorite worship music. The community of people at VBC are diverse and they are very welcoming. You can attend in person or watch services online.
