I presented to this facility on a Sunday morning due to a visibly protruding collarbone accompanied by significant pain and markedly limited range of motion. I waited approximately 2.5 hours before being seen by a physician assistant. During this time, nursing staff demonstrated concerning lack of attention to detail, as they were unable to locate my chart in MyChart/Epic and were instead reviewing another patient's record. I had to point out that they were viewing a different individual's chart, which represents, at minimum, a potential HIPAA violation. When I was eventually seen by Kelly, PA-C, my concerns were dismissed. I was told my pain was essentially unfounded and that my symptoms were due to "frozen shoulder," with a recommendation for physical therapy. There was no meaningful assessment, acknowledgment of my reported symptoms, or consideration of alternative diagnoses. Her demeanor was rude, dismissive, and lacked any semblance of professional bedside manner. Given my persistent symptoms, I sought a second opinion. This ultimately resulted in complex surgical intervention on 12/30/2025, including: Open subpectoral biceps tenodesis Open distal clavicle excision Open coracoclavicular ligament reconstruction and acromioclavicular ligament reconstruction with allograft These findings and procedures clearly contradict the assessment I received at your facility. This experience represents the second, possibly third, significant negative encounter I have had at this location. Due to the pattern of dismissive care and lack of professionalism, I will not return. I strongly believe this provider's conduct warrants review and corrective action, as dismissing patient concerns in a case requiring this level of surgical intervention is unacceptable and potentially harmful. read more

Not very easy to work with. The front end staff were a bit rude. Had a procedure done in MPLS that their surgeons refused to take. Tried to schedule physical therapy before my surgery and they would not do anything without DR orders in hand. After the surgery, I tried to schedule therapy, and they were over two weeks out. read more

I was left waiting for my appointment for over 30 minutes. No explanation. "I don't know" isn't an answer.

I was told, when I booked my appointment, that PAs can do everything that surgeons can do during appointments, so just see a PA because you can get in sooner than if you see the surgeon. That was a complete lie. I learned exactly nothing new from my appointment with the PA and all of my questions regarding surgery, which were all of my questions, needed to be answered by the surgeon. So now I get to drive another 200 miles round trip to see the surgeon to actually get my questions answered. Thanks for nothing. Doubt I'll go back after the BS dishonesty and waste of a day, unnecessary expense, and the like. Not happy with them. read more

St.Cloud Orthopedics was high recommend by a friend of mine who's wife had a hip replacement. I am a 34 year old male who has been doctoring with my hip issues for about 10 years. I was excited to schedule an appointment. COVID hit and my appointment was put on hold until the virus started to stabilize. They did a great job and called me setup an appointment. When I entered the building I was rudely ask where was my mask. I informed her I didn't have one, but would gladly put one on if you have one for me. She informed my wife and I that they didn't have any masks to give out unless I don't have anything in your car. She also stated that I could go get a t-shirt from my car and wrap it around my face! She also rudely informed my that I was told to wear a mask when I scheduled my appointment. I informed her that I was not informed to wear a mask, my wife was also heard the appointment scheduling call. I went out to the car and found a neck gator for my wife and I. My wife and I both were able to be in the room during the appointment. I had a great experience with Dr. Mulder, nursing staff, and X-ray staff. Dr. Mulder did a great job explaining options and has great bedside manner. He also suggest I see a different Orthopedic surgeon that does a different procedure. Couple issues I had was he mentioned a surgeon in Twin Cities that could do the this different procedure. Which he found on a quick google search, he ask me if I wanted to call him or have a referral. I informed him that I would like a referral. He said he would do some more research and get back to me. He gave me his secretary's number just incase he forgets to call. 3 days go by and I didn't hear from his office. I called his secretary and she informs me this will take a whilel before I will hear anything back from Dr. Mulder but that she would let him know I called. 1.5 weeks go by and I don't hear anything. I then scheduled an appointment with Twins Cities Orthopedics. I called the medical Recods to have physician notes and x-ray sent to Twins Cities Orthopedics. I get a message that saids "I work from home and I DON'T recheck my message often. I left a message with my personal information and what I wanted. I then printed off the form and faxed it in 3 days before my appointment. My medical records never made it to Twins Cities Orthopedics. During my appointment Twins Citites Orthopedics called your business office and was told that Medical Records person works from home, and you can leave a message. He ask how often does she check her messages. The operator said, "I don't know." I am aware that these X-rays could easily be transmitted to my new provider through the PACS system online. Guess what? I had to have repeat x-rays that I already had 3 weeks ago at your clinic. Why, did I have to go through more radiation? Will your clinic pay for the unnecessary x-rays that I had to go through? I will hold off on posting a review on social media until I hear back from you on how you plan to remedy the situation. Saint Cloud Orthopedic Sports Center doesn't train their staff on how to deal with people with PTSD and service animals. Sara made my friend who was getting an MRI feel embarrassed and very anxious. She was not comfortable in their facility. She told my friend that dogs were not allowed in their facility even though he is a service dog. After she was told that he is a service dog she expected him to have a Special harness that labels him as such even though it is not required by law. She also refused to let me go back to help my friend when she changed and took out her piercings. My friend was supposed to trust a stranger to assist her when she was vulnerable and having to change clothing. She was already having panic attacks today and that confrontation was not needed. read more

I have been going here for years, never again. One of the Dr.s refused to see me because I complained about their impersonal check in system. I guess because it's a computer and saves them money we should be happy and silent. Some of the Dr.s are rude and have eve bedside manner of Jack-the-ripper. I would highly NOT recommend. They are in business because they are the only ones in town. read more
