As she ran them through, she just shove them into the cart, almost breaking the eggs and gallon of milk. We told her to take it easy with those groceries. She said she must run them through fast because she is time on the register. We told her we wouldn't be back. We really like ALDIs and it been quite awhile since we have been back. Respectively, the receipt lists $6.64 (x2) and $4.74. This is potentially -$4 for me. The check-out was complete by 10:43:54. (The store seemed clean, and the associates seemed friendly). One of my main reasons for preferring the self-checkout is that my attention span stays neat and I generally spot discrepancies immediately. All of their self-checkouts were already, and disappointingly, disabled for the evening. This might read a bit dramatically for some; but I'm crying on the inside.

When we thanked her she said she just wanted us to get all the savings we could. Will be sure to come back here if we are visiting here again.
