I never saw any of the usual house cleaning personnel and their absence was obvious all over. Im guessing we were in a rough neighborhood because of the bars over every window. Lock on my door was tricky. There were some security guards there who were...overbearing....to say the least. Three meals a day were provided but you were probably better off to go without, honestly. Showers were cozy. I would not recommend this place if you have children with you. I would not recommend this place at all, really.

There was a gentleman at the door helping to direct people to where they needed to go. There was a line but there were about 10-15 employee windows open to assist us. I got a clerk by the name of Jeanetta. She was trying to help me figure out the most efficient way to handle the business I had. She even went to speak to a supervisor to help me avoid an extra trip back into the building. I really appreciated that! I am excited about my new personalized tag! I appreciated Jeanetta's good service! I didn't get any photos today but I will be moving my first review that was accidentally on the Hoover location review page. I've visited the Revenue office, property tax office and driver's license office and not a smile, courtesy or personable customer service throughout any of these spaces. Your questions may or may not be answered by the first employee but eventually you'll receive an answer. So completing the service is a 4, but the customer service is a 1. I have to return unless I move.
