One look at the ghost tour founder Michael Henry, with his long scraggly white beard, overgrown eyebrows, weathered look, full length leather overcoat, and limp... and you will know you have the most eclectic and interesting ghost tour guide available. Historic Main Street St Charles goes back to the earliest days of our country. As a riverfront town near the confluence of the two largest rivers in the United States, it was a natural gathering place for anyone traveling on the nation's first Transportation Network... the Missouri and Mississippi rivers. While today St Charles Main Street is a collection of restaurants bars and boutiques, back in the earlier days it was more like a mini New Orleans, with a seedy little past. Michael Henry starts the tour handing out EMF readers so you can detect electrical pulse irregularities which is a tell tail mark of a ghost. His ghost tour includes collections of interesting historical facts about Main Street St Charles. Hopefully you will take this tour on a cool misty night... in the later the better. He will show you one store on Main Street with a slanted floor which used to carved tombstones for the nearby Cemetery. He will show you where Blanchette's first hardware store was located. Portions of an old cemetery was actually located on Main Street and was relocated nearby. There are also houses with the "Rising Sun" built into the architecture. This was a sign in olden days for "woman of the night". Definitely not the image Main Street St. Charles trys to portray today. Make reservations for this well in advance and again the best month is probably October... after 10 p.m. is the best. Have dinner on Main Street at one of the older restaurants... Perhaps even the haunted Mother's In Laws House... and then enjoy your ghost tour of historic Main Street with Michael. Michael Henry starts this tour handing out EMF readers so that those are the tour can better detect electrical pulse your. Is ghost tour is more elections of interesting historical facts about main Street St Charles. He also passes out blacklight flashlights to detect blood splashed on buildings from previous murders. Murders on Main???

Yep, that's what I'll do! So I hop in the car drive down from the airport find a parking spot take a selfie with the arch, review the selfie, look up from my phone, andddd jackpot, a helicopter! I see the sign for tours and go oh damn I have to check this out. A helicopter ride was still on my bucket list and spontaneity is the spice of life. As I was walking up the first thing I noticed was a bold sign saying "300" and I thought that was the price BUT it was only the weight limit. When I walked up and entered inside, I was pleasantly surprised ranging from 49-169 for different tour durations. I had to have the best. That was such a decent price! I booked it, watched a quick disclaimer video and away we went. What a blast! I felt like the Wolf of Wall Street all high class in a whirl bird. A birds eye view of St. Louis. The pilots, (whos names I forget, sorry) were very informative of the city and knowledgeable of the questions I had. We saw the arch, the stadium, the botanical garden, the zoo, Budweiser building overall an awesome time, if you're visiting the first time or local I would totally recommend this tour!
