Gnocchi with asparagus in tomato & veggie ragout. The Mr was nice enough to ask if they could leave out the zucchini & they happily obliged. This was amazing! The gnocchi was tender with still a bit of chew and the asparagus was tender with no woody-bits. Nice mix of both green and white asparagus! And the sauce?? Completely homemade and delicious - nice bits of ground up veggies and flavors meshed together perfectly!
Mr chose the traditional Asparagus & Potatoes in hollandaise sauce & this totally filled his craving. Again, the asparagus was perfectly cooked and the sauce was creamy and just a hint of lemon
