They don't correct their errors and if you don't pay what they bill you in error you will be charged a late fee! I wrote two emails, made phone calls and visited the office trying to correct their error only to be told that the manager not in office ( TWO WEEKS!!) In addition, they charge for valet garbage pick up that only works sometimes ... in two months they failed to pick up my garbage 8 times!!! Called office and was given instructions to take it to the dumpster when they did not do it... then, I ask... why am I being charged 30 dollars monthly for the service? The place is infested with palmetto bugs, they send the exterminator and the next day they appear in my apartment again... it is awful. While I am writing let me also mention that the cleaning service they have before you move in is awful. I have had to clean on top of appliances, top of window treatments, floor full of paint spots and the dirt appeared to have been overlooked for a while. This place is not the nice place it appears to be from the outside! I am horrified at the idea that I signed a 15 month lease and have 13 months to go!!!!

The bedrooms are spacious, but everything else is quite small. Landscaping is a priority, and at first glance, everything is perfect. But the infrastructure lacks parking, so it doesn't matter how well it's maintained; the walkaways are disconnected, the gym is too small and old, and they have not reopened or refurbished things for too long. The sports courts were renovated and somehow turned into trash within months. Too many "visitors" were using them. The main problem is that the gate is always open, making parking inside a nightmare, causing overflow also around it! You might never have guests because there will be nowhere to park. The transition to 10x didn't help at all. Be aware that I didn't like the assigned school, and had to go for the School Choice program to get the really good schools in Weston.
