She was professional, attentive, and helpful. Fast forward twelve months to renewal time. Today, I called with questions about the increased cost, and the charges and credits on our Declarations page. Natalia was once again knowledgable and patient. I cannot say enough good things about Natalia. She is a real asset to the agency!

The last increase, which was substantial, was explained as being due to my credit. This was a lie. I have top tier credit and there was never a soft hit on my report that I monitor. I asked for a rerate and unlocked my credit report for them to complete it. They told me they reran my credit and it did not change the price of the policy. Again, I have a credit monitoing service that shows both soft and hard hits on my credit. There was never a soft hit completed by State Farm. I will not be renewing my policy next month and found a plan with more coverage for $500 less from another insurance company. I would not recommend doing business with this agent.

They also went ahead to tell me that it was my misunderstanding on their policy, and that at the end of the day it was my fault for getting a DUI. Yes that's exactly how the male office manager told me after being offended and unprofessional because I told him they need to START informing new customer the correct policies they do and DONT offer. Then they didn't want to cancel my insurance policy. So had to get the manager on the phone to ask him what's with this that I'm unable to cancel my insurance policy?! Then he goes and replies they are just trying to look out for your best interest. I had to tell him I have a situation going on on my end because of them inconveniencing me with this policy that couldn't hold an SR 22 for me and that all they need to do is cancel my insurance policy and not to worry what's going on with me. He got extremely offended upset threatened me that he was going to report me to the DMV to suspend my license right away. Then on my cancellation declaration form that they sent me they put reason of my cancellation was because of insured's request instead of stating the truth that they were unable to fulfill their policy upon what I requested initially due to and incompetent agent. It disgusts me only to imagine how many others are being victims in there scams. Should be investigated. And you know how they say no one wouldn't spend time leaving a review unless it's really true. Avoid at all costs.
